Stopped in to have a meal after a long day of driving. We called prior about gluten free options and were told that they offer them. Once we arrived we asked what sauces were flour based or corn starch based. The waitress copped an attitude and walked away in a huff. She came back without an answer and started saying things about only the sweet & sour sauce & how they would cook the chicken so that could be eaten. She continued to have an attitude and we ended leaving. She continued to be rude as we left.

This was my first time Herr after 7 years of curiosity from reading previous reviews. Maybe we got lucky by choosing an early dinner when things were still fresh? Well, I really enjoyed it, especially because of the lack of Asian dining options in Helena. We split a main dish combo and it was more than enough food and it was delicious!!

Sad times! Jade Garden used to be one of our main places to eat when traveling through Helena. We noticed the last time we were there that it wasn’t nearly the quality as in the past….. we chalked it up to an off day. However yesterday was even worse. The food was not fresh nor was it more than lukewarm as if it was microwaved. We left feeling sick and will no longer eat there. Quality is important! We’d pay higher for past quality!

We have eaten here many times over past years and the food was wonderful. Tonight it was the worst thing I have ever tasted. The fried rice with sour my jade shrimp was so overcooked and at the bottom there was no vegetables all just fried burnt something and to top it off the sauce that I got charged for $4 for 6 oz of sauce they didn't even put in the bag. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. I will not go back here again

This service was beyond what I expected. I walked in with two smiles waiting for me! My waiter, Nick, knew when to stop by and ask how the food was. He was quick to get my drinks, he came with a smile and was so genuinely sweet. Grabbed my dishes right as I set them down at the edge of the table. The food was delicious which came within ten minutes of me sitting down and ordering. I got the Egg Flower Soup, Chicken Lo Mein, and hot green tea. My Lo mein was a mountain. I had plenty to take home! Loved the vibe, music, service, food. All of it. Very Friendly staff. Five stars and highly recommend if you love Chinese food. 💜

The delivery took long over an hour. The orange chicken was back and I had to pick out all the rock-hard pieces that were impossible to chew or digest. The sweet and sour chicken was extremely dry. Could barely chew it. Must have sat in a warmer for the whole day. The fried rice? DISGUSTING. I think there was 1/4th of an egg in the entire family set up. Super dry. No flavor at all. Tasted like nothing. I ordered for a family of SIX. Only 2 fortune cookies arrived. So my children were pretty upset about that. Biggest waste of money.

The food is always good and I've never had a problem going in but everything i call to place an order to go they don't answer the phone. I know they can get busy and short staffed but I would wait if they put me on hold. Instead they almost never answer so I end up going some where else.
