The desk gals were great. Restaurant was ok but slow. AC was out when we were there. Elevator was out when we were there.

I've been in the jorgensen's inn and suites in other cities but this one here in Helena's just isn't quite up to par ask questions and it's like they don't know the answers to it and say they're not sure and and how long you been working there oh two years and you don't know the answer yeah not real impressed with the Helena Jorgensen inn & suites

So I didn't stay here because we'll it's in my home town but the conference area although aged is good and the carpet if clean and the staff was friendly.
The Ramada is an excellent place to stay! Very reasonable rates, super friendly staff and service second to none. The Ramada is in an excellent location, has great food and a very comfortable lounge! I have been staying at this Ramada for many years and have always had great stays!

Our stay was excelent We had a small problem with the heat and they solved in less than 5 min. Staff was very friendly Breakfast no much options but was very delicious. We hsd s dinner there as well and was so taste. A place that for sure I'll be back

What a surprise! Our room was newly remodeled, clean and spotless. Pleasant and helpful staff. Bit of road noise, but it quieted down early and didn't start to early; never interfered with sleep. The kicker for this place was the complementary breakfast, a restaurant instead of a breakfast bar!

The rates are competitive, took advantage of the lounge attached to the hotel and complementary breakfast in the restaurant (skip the sausage) or choose another option. Clean, restful sleep and fwy accessible.

Could use a bit more cleaning, but staff are great and friendly. The on site restaurant, Roots, has a wonderful staff as well. Bat and casino also on site and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.
