Order two extra most Bestos got home with them and all the sauce is right in the center of the pizzas within like a 3 inch diameter. It’s not spread all over the pizzas.

I stood right at the front counter, and waited 15 minutes before I walked out. In that time, not a single employee came to the front to take orders, even though there were 6 people behind me. I’m a DoorDasher, and this is the usual for any night of the week. Needless to say, I will not be eating here anymore. The customer service is some of the worst in Helena.

The old man working at 12:30 pm on Oct 4 needs a performance review. Incredibly demeaning, confrontational, and rude to multiple customers. If you don’t like your job, get another one.

When ordering I was told my 2 Hot-n-Ready pizzas would be ready in 5-10 min and they’ll bring them to the car. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes but after waiting 30min in the car I went inside and they haven’t even put one of my pizza’s in the oven yet.

So, the food is always tasty. The service is always great. The Crazy Puffs and Crazy Bread? Delicious as always. The problem is am having is the fact that the pizza i got had all of its sauce at the dead center of the pizza. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni. Thats it. Is it that hard to spread the sauce across the pizza? Still tastes good but improperly made.

Someone took our order over the phone and when we got it, it was the wrong order. We took the pizzas back and they were super helpful and nice in fixing the order. I would definitely recommend! They were awesome.

It is what it is! And in a good way. It’s exactly what you’d expect. I like the current promo where you have 4 different type of toppings on the pizza. The pretzel pizza are really good too.

It didn't seem like anyone wanted to work. No one wanted to work the counter, and when customers walked in and asked if they were only accepting online or phone orders because no one was at the counter, the employee just inside the kitchen area just shrugged like she didn't know the answer to the question. May be a while before I get pizza from that location again.

Food wise, the pizza was simple but good. Nice salad bar. The place was clean, the games in good working order and the staff was friendly.

Ordered for delivery and they forgot my wings. When I called in to have it sent out was told I have to go pick it up. If I wanted to pick up I wouldn’t have paid for delivery! Got my wings and they were good but upset they didn’t NOTHING to make up for the error and waste of my time and money
