Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered for delivery and they forgot my wings. When I called in to have it sent out was told I have to go pick it up. If I wanted to pick up I wouldn’t have paid for delivery! Got my wings and they were good but upset they didn’t NOTHING to make up for the error and waste of my time and money

I came in to order pizza and the woman before me said she had been waiting for over half an hour and her pizza was already supposed to be down. i waited to order for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged me at all ?? maybe just go across the street to dominos!

For basically a fast food pizza place, it was alright. The person working at the front counter was not real friendly and tossed the pizza box across the counter! Didn't ask if I wanted my change even if it was only a few cents, he assumed I didn't want them and closed the till !

Have refused to accept cash payment multiple times because the bill was to big... it's just not right....

Didn't have anything like marina sauce or anything like that seemed to have nothing prepared

This was bar none the best pizza and cheesy bread we have had in over 20 years, we will definitely be going back!

Can't complain. Pizzas pretty good, hot n ready are always available, and it's close to where I work, hah

The employees seem to not understand how to cut the pizza.

Went in to the helena store and was greeted promptly by Paige who was very professional and helpful. Shout out to her. She was professional and quick,Thankyou. Sadly the rest of the crew that I saw were screwing off and not doing anything to help. Had to wait quite a while to get our food. Its sad to see no drive in the work force anymore.

A soda spilled all over the floor in the entry; called and ordered ahead was told 15 mins waited 20 mins before going in. Waited inside for 20 mins then was told it’s still cooking. 10 teenagers not an adult insight. Definitely needs some better management

I came here three times to get pizza. Once it was closed early, once they closed the lobby early forcing me to risk my life standing at a drive thru window to get a pizza, and the a 3rd time when they closed the lobby early and there was a car in the drive thru and I chose not to use the drive thru. This is a disaster waiting to happen! I'll just wait for a call asking me testify at a wrongful death suit from them forcing people to stand at their drive thru window.

Pizza is amazing if you get a made to order one. Hot n ready are mediocre at best.

Service was slow, not sure if understaffed or huge order but had text saying it was ready and was probably 15-20 minutes more once I got to store....maybe my pizzas got handed out and had to be remade? Idk. Also be prepared because they charge for everything now. Ordered 4 pizzas and was told would be charged per item for cheese, peppers and/sauces even with good sized order and extra wait

Once again an hour to make a thin crust pizza They said they forgot to make it Maybe if they stop smoking pot and playing on their phones long enough to do their jobs something would change there.
