I can’t believe it has taken me this long to finally try this place! Atmosphere, experience, staff, the food and drink all warrant 5 stars. We started off with steamed pesto mussels for our appetizer, then decided on the Veal Scallopini and the Italian Sausage Cavatappi for our entrees. Both dishes were SO delicious. The serving sizes and quality ingredients are SO worth the price. We will be returning, and I will be recommending this experience to everyone!
We waited 11/2 hours for our meal for two people. My lasagna was inedible when it did come. The server was not concerned, just kept telling us it was her Friday and she couldn't wait to be gone. Expensive, slow, inedible food. Am I missing something here??? Why does it get the score it has?

The menu says it's the best lasagna you've ever had and it pretty much lives up to it. The compound butter and bread were very good. The house salad was excellent. The tiramisu was incredible. Only possible critique I could give is it looked like a generic Italian restaurant and the bread knife could be a lot sharper.

Had a ladies night out and Lucca's is the perfect place. Three of us had the Sea Bass Piccata and one lady had the lamb chops. Our meals began with their beautiful salad of course with that wonderful bread. The meals themselves were served by Carol Ann and they were all delicious. We ended our meal with their beautiful Tiramisu which we shared. Chef Michael and his staff make sure that every meal is cooked to perfection. The staff always make you feel welcome! Always our place of choice for dinner!

Lucca's has an interesting menu, excellent wine choices and very good service. This is a wonderful restaurant for couples, or adults - but not really suited for children. Location on the Walking Mall in Helena is fun, and there is convenient parking right across the Mall from the restaurant.
This was an amazing birthday dinner for my husband, it's one of his favorites!!! It's not your traditional Italian food, it has a twist that stimulates every taste buds in your mouth!!! Soooooo good!!

We plan travel routes to prioritize Lucca's for dinner. We will gladly go a couple hundred miles 'out of the way' to enjoy the finest meal this side of Heaven. Lucca's has never disappointed us with a unforgettable dining experience, from the taste bud igniting amuse-bouche to the delectable desserts such as the goat cheese cake topped with the tastiest fresh fig drizzled with wild honey and the most delicious veal scallopini, shrimp fra diavola or sea bass you have ever tasted. Tina, Angie, Jody, Frederick and the whole staff are there to ensure an awesome and elegant but casual dining experience you are sure to enjoy.

Talk about worth the money! Every detail from salad to desert was amazing. The food alone would be worth it but let's talk about the staff. I dont usually remember names but i made sure to make a note of shelly, she made a meal into a wonderful experience. My waitress was truly a professional the whole meal was timed perfect never waiting between courses but never rushed either. Best food in helena and by far the best service I've had there as well.
Dietary restrictions: We were informed if there were any allergies or restrictions the kitchen could customize anything for us.
Parking: It's downtown give yourself some time to find a spot
Kid-friendliness: It is a classy place but a couple came in with children and were given old menus to color on and the kitchen made them there own meals.
We arrive 2 hours early for our reservation and hostess was able to accommodate us. Our meal was excellent. After sharing the muscles appetizer I had the pork chop which was cooked perfectly and my wife had the sea bass. It was truly one of the best meals we've had this summer in Montana. Service was attentive and our waitress Megan was friendly and helpful with menu choices. This place is a must for fine dining in Helena.
