They honestly just cannot get a full order correct ever. Whether it be the sandwich, the drink, or just getting the right order itself. Both delivery through Uber Eats as well as in the drive through. Surprisingly the other location is actually WAY better.

The kiosk wasn't displaying breakfast anymore by 10.59. One of the employees picked up on me wanting breakfast and still served me what I wanted. Really makes your day when you sense that staff is happy to help you as good as they can.
Came in 30 minutes before close and I was treated like I was the first customer of the day. You should definitely be paying Orea more! Her customer service is amazing even at the end of a long day. She rocks!

I was just in there i was order number 174 on 11/25/24, 9:16 pm, and i just want to say you guys are doing a very good job, keep up the good work, I wish more people understand that places are short staffed, and will take longer for their food to be done, there was a guy that came in, and was all mad and stuff, he had no reason to be rude and very disrespectful to the employees there, especially to the guy who is usually on the front counter register, who I believe has a learning and other disabilities, I'm not sure, but the customer was very rude and disrespectful to the guy at the front counter, I domt care if you've been waiting an hour for your food, you shouldn't get mad at the employees for not having your food out right away, I hope you all get raises at the prospect restaurant, whenever I go in there the employees are always very nice and respectful

Always gets the wrong sandwich and when I check for the sandwich, they won't give me a new one. I ask at the 1st window if I got said sandwich and it's on the receipt but I get the wrong sandwich. They also don't speak loud enough at the speakers, I have to constantly ask to repeat it
