They always out of something or they mess up the order whether it's missing a sauce napkins occasionally i ask for a straw or a napkins that they forget to put in the bag and they scoffed okay well do your job right the first time

Waited 10 min in line for them to take my order (this location prioritizes doordash and delivery over their in house customers apparently). They have very young employees running the register for your order which is fine but they are very nervous. Food was fine but their fountain machine was broken and every table was dirty from the previous person eating there. To get a refill on your drink, they have to refill it behind the counter because their fountain machine is broken. Took them 10min to recognize me because they were again focusing on door dash and deliveries over their in house customer. If you want quality service inside, just go to the one on north montana cause this one will disappoint you.

My order of 1 fillet of fish and 1 big mac (sandwich only) totaled $12.74. Both sandwich containers looked as though the ingredients had been thrown in the boxes. A total mess. I couldn't even pick up the big Mac sandwich without it coming apart. This is my last visit to a McDonald's

They honestly just cannot get a full order correct ever. Whether it be the sandwich, the drink, or just getting the right order itself. Both delivery through Uber Eats as well as in the drive through. Surprisingly the other location is actually WAY better.

The kiosk wasn't displaying breakfast anymore by 10.59. One of the employees picked up on me wanting breakfast and still served me what I wanted. Really makes your day when you sense that staff is happy to help you as good as they can.
