Went thru and grabbed a few Sundays for the kids …. Not sure why they would put lids on them because they were not even to the top of the cup ..this is including the toppings. Very dissatisfied with this when all it would have taken is a little common sense to look at it when handing it to the customer a say” looks like a those are a little light can a top them off or give you new ones”.
Just a concept of treating the customer right. Already have the sale and my money...read full review
ordered a cheeseburger for my son and a quarter pounder for myself. Both drinks were wrong, my quarter pounder was dripping with mustard and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for quite awhile. I will include a picture of what I received of my sons cheeseburger. A little pride in your work goes a long way!!

McDonald's in Helena offers solid service and okay food for the price. The staff was friendly and prompt and the service is always awesome. However, some feel it's not the same as it used to be, with higher prices and decreased quality. The McChicken was small and not very good and the nuggets have changed in flavor. Despite this, their sausage egg and cheese McMuffin hits the spot. Customers note the convenience of computer screens and like the new two lane drive thru. The food seems to always be fresh and it is a go-to spot for a quick bite, though some long for the good old days and wish they still had the grilled chicken sandwich.
