McDonald's in Helena offers solid service and okay food for the price. The staff was friendly and prompt and the service is always awesome. However, some feel it's not the same as it used to be, with higher prices and decreased quality. The McChicken was small and not very good and the nuggets have changed in flavor. Despite this, their sausage egg and cheese McMuffin hits the spot. Customers note the convenience of computer screens and like the new two lane drive thru.
