Surly teenagers taking my order. They messed up my order twice

I stopped by this location for a quick burger and fry. I went through the drive thru and the employees didn’t realize I could hear them on the intercom. They said “ oh great that guy that blew diarrhea all over our bathroom floor and walls is in the drive thru right now”. When I got my order at the window, I told them I could hear them on the intercom.

The price screams Bugatti and Gucci while the service says hi we have no idea what we are doing and the atmosphere does not reflect the prices. Skip this. Spend your money elsewhere.

Drive through screen is broken but they still let people sit in line to order?? Why not put a cone there? Then food is never ready so a quick drive through here just doesn't exist.

I went through this McDonald's drive thru today. I ordered a medium French fries and the box was only half full. I paid for a medium size fries and McDonald's gave me a small size. Not going to fool me again.

Waited 10 minutes, while asking for someone, until a lady even took my ticket, then waited another 20 minutes to even get my food and when I finally got my food, my burger was cold, this place is horrible. (All I got was their 5$ meal deal)

I ordered two Happy Meals for my children and as I was in the car handing the boxes to my boys we realized there weren’t any fries in the meals. I walked back inside and saw a young man in a collard shirt leaving from behind the counter and coming out onto the customer side and I politely asked him if the Happy Meals no longer included fries. His response was “I don’t know, I’m going on break. You’ll have to ask one of them.” as he points to one of the employees running a cash register. I walk up to the counter and as I’m waiting to be serviced he stands behind me and then says “By the way they do come with fries.” I tell someone about the situation and they immediately apologize and prioritize giving me two fresh fries and then the guy steps up to the counter and starts ordering his meal. At this point I’m curious and begin talking to him. “Excuse me, you work here right?” I ask to which he replied with a simple “Yes”. I then ask “What’s your position here?” and to my surprise he responds saying “I’m a manager in training.” I then responded with “As a manger you should know whether or not your Happy Meals come with fries.” and he says “I know and I was thinking to myself I’m going on break and didn’t want to say anything.” I told him “Regardless, you’re a manager. I wasn’t asking you to do anything, just a confirmation on whether or not fries came in the meal.”

This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order at the North Montana/Custer location and to be honest the only reason I still purchase from there is because my family occasionally wants their fries which they keep forgetting to put in the bags/boxes.

I have autism and sensory issues, so I always order a cheeseburger with ketchup only as it’s one of the only things I can eat there. Every single time, without fail, my burgers have everything on them. The wrappers even have a receipt attached to them that says ketchup only. Not only that, but the fries are always lukewarm at best, and they never taste good. They’re also incredibly slow and almost every time you go through the drive through they ask you to pull forward. I’m done coming here.
