The No Sweat is a Downtown staple. With a cozy yet contemporary hometown feel, I imagine that is what it feels like to be in a 90's romantic comedy. You will leave with a full belly and a full heart.

A funky breakfast and brunch Cafe that is well known to Helena locals. Cash only and cell phones are discouraged. Food was fantastic, a little slow but phenomenal service and excellent tasting food.

Such an awesome spot to eat. The food is delicious and very locally sourced. I ordered a fun scrambler breakfast that had cabbage & green onions cooked into it. It might seriously be the new way I cook my scrambled eggs at home.

Excellent breakfast food, coffee, and fresh juice. Not much for kid friendly options other than pancakes. Small restaurant that gets pretty warm.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but they have whole wheat pancakes for the less picky kids.

I went to this place earlier today and sat at the bar. I was greeted by the server, who then proceeded to wait on everyone but me, including a couple who came in after me. It was as if simply acknowledging my presence was enough. After five or so minutes of being ignored, I left. I don't see myself returning.
The best thing this restaurant has going is location. Otherwise you can look forward to a soggy breakfast, watered down syrup that you pay extra for, and bland eggs that have the texture of hospital room oatmeal. Definitely don’t recommend. Head to Nosh, Hub, or Crepes down the road if you don’t want to burn your cash which is what they only accept.

We had the opportunity/honor to visit the Montana State in JUN_FY2024 and it was an amazing experience, a great opportunity to learn more about Montana's history and legacy.
We swing by at No Sweat Cafe, and for sure it's a remarkable place.

I eat here on the regular. New ownership has been great. Food can be indulgent or granola healthy - up to you. Coffee that'll make life worth living. Service and kitchen folks are as fine an example of Helenans as you'll find anywhere.Service is probably quicker than ever before.Easier and easier to accommodate your food needs here. Celiac friendly, vegetarian/vegan friendly, keto capable, this place will do it for you for sure!
Vegetarian options: lots of veg options. Most non-veg options can be made veg.
Dietary restrictions: they can accommodate celiac disease, dairy, nut and other food allergies easily.
Parking: Parking on Last Chance Gulch is tight sometimes. Pay to park ($0.50/hr) close, but free parking is available in spots downtown.

WOW! This is the first time I’ve been back since the change of ownership and the food is on another level! I ordered the Ole Miss with sausage and my husband got the BLS. I don’t know what Micah tweaked, but the food is amazing. My eggs were perfectly cooked - scrambled eggs always seem way too dry and overcooked and she absolutely nailed them - soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. This might sound strange, but the broccoli was seasoned and had the perfect firmness. BLS was the same classic, but the potatoes were tastier. Truly a spectacular breakfast, my new most favorite “new” place in town!!
Kid-friendliness: We’ve brought our little here and have had no issues. High chairs available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Single level restaurant with options for wheelchair seating
