The team, led by Christy, takes the time to get to know customers and recommends healthy and delicious shakes and teas. The drinks are a highlight, with teas that brighten up the day and leave customers feeling energized and refreshed. The African Sunset drink was awesome and the monster cookie protein ball was delicious. Kristie was so kind and friendly. Customers will definitely be going more often. It's open early which is great to grab a drink before work. The first shake was to die for, loaded with protein, no added sugar and tons of flavor. The protein shakes are guilt-less and delicious, the teas give the tastiest energy boost with tons of added goodness with little to no sugar. Great conversation with Christy. They have the best tasting energy teas, and you can even customize whatever flavors you’d like. The owner always has a smile on her face and is so willing to help you find what you’d like. Their hot teas also help during the sick season and are great for the cold days. So thankful for healthy drinks and protein shakes out here in the Valley.
