I waited at the drive-through at 10:01 for a few minutes and nobody answered and then I went around and saw through the window everybody was sitting on their phones inside the doors were locked. It’s says they open at 10 am

What a horrible experience. This location is beyond able to host more then 10 customers an hour. I attempted to go into the restaurant to order food but that was not available with signs on the doors saying the dining room was closed. Granted this was at 5:30pm. We then got in line in the drive thru and waited 45 mins for 5 cars to go through. Not worth it….

Went to here at 12:20 today to get lunch. Doors were locked and drive through had a long line. There were people eating inside and server giving out meals. Someone came out and we went in. The person in charge said that he wasn't going to help anyone behind the person in front us. Three other people entered when we did. This is the second time I was locked out of the building. If the franchise owner or manager does not want customers I'm happy to oblige them. Will never step foot in this place again.

Ordered ahead since i was on my lunch break and limited in time, arrived after receiving a text saying my food was ready to see that the lobby was closed and there was a line of cars extending passed the parking lot of panda express. i called asking if i could get my food but was told i needed to go through the drive through. Since that wasn’t disclosed i asked about a refund and was hung up on.

This place is NEVER quick, hot, or staffed their lobby hours are NEVER accurate. Save yourself the trouble and pick up something from your local mom and pop Chinese spot because this place is a useless disaster.

Today was a bad experience at Panda. What kinda of business model only does online orders the day before Thanksgiving? The doors are open but you can't walk in and order food to go. Y'all probably just lost a good chunk of change today. You can't do this in smaller market places.

The food is usually decent but their Sprite is down right disgusting. It's the most awful tasting thing I have ever put in my mouth and it's every time I have ordered it. Whatever they are serving is not Sprite.
