The worst panda location I’ve ever been to. Never any food on the line, always have to wait for the kitchen to cook it.
And don’t bother placing an online order or doordash from here. When I order on the app it usually says it’ll be ready in about 15 minutes but I’ve waited 30+ every time, which completely ruins my lunch break. I’ve seen doordashers waiting for 15-20 minutes as well. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant.

Love the food but the service SUCKS. Their management needs *help*. I just waited 40 minutes for a doordash order and recently waited half an hour stuck in line in the drive thru with my baby crying in the car. DO NOT use the drive thru if it’s busy!😵💫

There is a severe deficiency in the way the online order pickup is handled here. This is not the workers’ fault, as they are extremely hardworking and friendly. This is more of a business design problem.
Panera Bread has mastered this and Panda could learn a lesson. There needs to be designated team member(s) who oversee the preparation of online pickup orders and who are notified at the time the system receives the order. There needs to be a shelf against the wall on the right side of the checkout counter, where online orders are placed with the customer name visible (consider heat lamps, but it’s the customer’s fault if they show up when their food is cold anyway).
I waited over 30 minutes at the counter for an online pickup order that I placed over 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. I understand they get busy, but there is also much room for process improvement.
For a fast food restaurant, this current wait length is unacceptable.
There noodles suck!!! almost everytime I eat here and get noodles you get probably 90 percent vegetables and 10 percent noodles but this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Embarrassingly enough, it's my favorite place to go when cooking doesn't sound fun!
If you get the orange chicken, be sure you don't get the bourbon orange chicken. Cause that's a thing and they. Are. Hot!!!
