I am a regular customer and I come here almost every weekend. The service is always super slow but they always seem to be fully staffed so I don’t understand why drive thru or even going in takes so damn long. Half of the time they’re super nice and the other half they are rude. I love the food here but they need to do better with service!

The food is good but I don’t think they are well staffed. Once while dining in I waited an hour to receive my food (clock starting the moment I entered the establishment and ending once the food was in my hands.) This evening I waited 4 minutes at the drive thru window before my order was taken, then waited another 20 minutes before my food was ready at the drive thru window. Just bizarre. The staff was friendly this evening, but don’t expect fast food.

Suki, Hokkaido and Nagoya were closed seeing as it was 9:30pm when I craved some like food. Is it just me or does the chow mein have bigger and more cut vegetables? I ordered hot orange chicken and Beijing beef but got a double order of the chicken with the red bell pepper in it ( don’t know what it’s called since I never order that) and I should mention that it basically came with an entire large cut pepper. My picture won’t show the entirety of the red pepper because I forced myself to eat most of it (never again-heart burn). I also have to say that I dislike vegetables but if I’m wrong then I’m wrong. Maybe you like the amount and are happy with it, I hope you continue to enjoy panda noodles but…it’s a lot.

Strauss Jake and Janessa were working there tooshies off tonight…. Not only rude door dashers but completely irrational customers. I was appalled at how these staff were treated. Anyone with eyes could see that the employees were cooking, and serving as fast as they possibly could. I hope the whole crew gets a raise. Not one person behind the counter was rude or disrespectful one chick with blue hair was so mean I almost said something you have a line out the door. You see a line…. Shocker there’s going to be a wait. I would’ve named everyone working on Friday August 8th at 6:20 but couldn’t get all there names. Kudos to the workers.

My friend went in for me to get me orange chicken, lomain and beef w/broccoli... There's more veggies then noodles in my lomain...I separated the lomain and there was dang near nothing left of the noodles and notthing but veggies. The broccoli beef taste like nothing...im beyond missed about this experience. And of course they had NO orange chicken which was the whole reason she was getting panda for me...

30 minutes to place an order 3 people ahead of you. Finally order then the food sits there. I asked if we could get our food and she says no because there is someone ahead of you and they are out of something and they're making more but they can't check me out till they finish her order even though mine is sitting there getting cold.
