I am a regular customer and I come here almost every weekend. The service is always super slow but they always seem to be fully staffed so I don’t understand why drive thru or even going in takes so damn long. Half of the time they’re super nice and the other half they are rude. I love the food here but they need to do better with service!
Suki, Hokkaido and Nagoya were closed seeing as it was 9:30pm when I craved some like food. Is it just me or does the chow mein have bigger and more cut vegetables? Strauss Jake and Janessa were working there tooshies off tonight…. Not only rude door dashers but completely irrational customers. I was appalled at how these staff were treated. Anyone with eyes could see that the employees were cooking, and serving as fast as they possibly could. I hope the whole crew gets a raise.
