Gave us the completely wrong order then refused to answer their phone for over an hour on hold... I know they aren't this busy in Helena. Will never order from here again!

I went in to the helena papa johns after ordering online. I made the mistake of ordering in kalispell. The staff quickly made my order and called the other store cancelling my order there. Great customer service! Friendly helpful people! THANK YOU PAPA JOHNS.

Just got my 2 pizzas and was pleased they were still hot. However, I bite and I spit out the pizza and threw them both away. The sauce tasted terrible (tasted like rotten tomatoes were used in the sauce) the crust wasn't done and it tasted like dough. Terrible Pizza!!!

Holy cow was this pizza delicious today!! Best I've had in a looking time! Also the garlic bread sticks were super soft and great. The best part tho was the cinnamon bite desserts!! Those things are freaking fire!! 😍 😋😋😋 also the manager gal, Shanley, I believe, was super friendly and helpful! Also I ordered ALOT of food and they were super fast!!

I ordered a large Garden Pizza on sale for $15.99 - a good price. The pizzas were hot out of the oven, crust and sauce were good and lots of cheese. The only thing missing was about 2/3 of the veggies. No kidding, it was more like a cheese pizza than a Garden Pizza. I know that all prices have increased, but I resent that the ingredients are decreased. I am willing to pay for a fair deal with a decent amount of ingredients. So, sorry, this is my last trip to Papa Johns in Helena.

We order for delivery, and they sent the wrong pizza. Not only was it clearly someone else's pizza but even if this order went to the correct person it still would have been wrong. We ordered a large stuff crust pizza with pepperoni and half black olives. We got a small cheese Alfredo pizza. The box said it was suppose to be an Alfredo cheese pizza with pepperoni. No pepperonies to be seen. I called the store to try and get our order corrected and I was on hold for 15 minutes. It would have taken less time to just re order on line. Not good for a birthday party that is limited on how long guests will be here.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with this location. Tonight I ordered pizza and my phones location was messed up and sent the pizza elsewhere.. when I went to pick up my pizza there wasn’t an order under my name. The GM Mike was super helpful and made my pizza at the correct location without hesitation. The staff have always been very friendly, the establishment is clean and the food is fresh quality

I am sorry. But every interaction is different for sure. As a dasher. We received delivery for 30+ pizzas to be delivered at a certain time. Pinged for a second order as well. They had the big order ready. But each employee was rude to us and VERY demanding telling us what to do. That we HAVE to drop this order off FIRST stating that they’ll call DoorDash themselves saying it HAS to be delivered first and come back for the second order. Then that they have the customers phone number and tell the customer about it as well. But as a dasher, we cannot continue to delivery until we have picked up each order. Then the female worker told us “this is why I hate DoorDash”. I’m sorry, but we are workers too. We’re delivering customers orders as well. It is NOT OK to be that rude and demanding towards anyone regardless of customer or dasher status. Very disappointed and frustrated with how they talked to us and treated us. Especially when they also stated how big of a tip they left as well.
*Update* even over hearing how the worker wearing the manager shirt talked to another dasher, was rude as well. His tone, his words. “It shows the name on the label, make sure you’re reading them. We’ve had many mis deliveries tonight”

The last few days a manager has been here from another part of Montana to cover it, and she is CLEARLY not happy about it. Every order I pick up when she is here is late. She may just need an employee to help her!!!
