I got a pizza from there yesterday asked for Tavern’s style they gave me thin crust asked for extra sauce. I think they gave me light sauce instead, and honestly, the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I would never go to Pizza Hut again.

You need to fix your drive thru, my car was almost damaged from the massive holes exactly where customers have to park... Likely cheaper to fix the holes than customer cars.

Very disappointed. My order was wrong and the food was RAW! The wings are gross. Not sure what kind of chicken you’re using in the boneless wings now, but it’s rubbery, the texture and taste are gross.

I'm not sure what is going on with them these days it's like they just gave up on even cooking the pizzas last couple orders the cheese wasn't even melted and the dough was so soft made the whole pizza bad I can't recommend ordering here to anyone till they actually put some heart into doing a good job and stop using frozen dough yes we all know and it's gross 🙃

I used to like going here because i like Pizza Hut pizza and was excited when they brought back the lunch buffet. But I was there today and waited at least a half hour for them to bring out fresh pizza, and I got there at 11:45! The pizza i ate was all out before I got there, and they finally brought out some new pizza just before I left, close to 45 mins later. AND, they charge extra for a soda, at the damn buffet. I'll stick with Pizza Ranch from now on for my buffet puroses. Very dissapointing today.?

The pizza's was gross I asked for light sauce and they gave me heavy sauce.There was barely any cheese on the pizza's.The pizza's was barely done.The the bottom of the pizza's where Whitish/brown not in the oven long enough I think i'm just gonna stick to my domino's pizza hut gross
What happened to Pizza Hut? They used to be so good, then went downhill, got better for a while, and are now terrible again. Ordered just a simple large pan pepperoni, asked for it to be well done because the last pizza I got from here was barely cooked. It definitely was not well done as requested, cheese barely melted and a pale doughy/sagging crust. Nobody wanted to eat it. There is no way it was cooked according to their required cooking times. I am sure they are overwhelmed and rushing through orders since there is only location left in Helena, but I can't believe anyone working there would think it is acceptable to serve customers a half raw pizza. Especially for what they charge these days. After getting practically raw pizza twice in a row, with the second time asking for well done to avoid a repeat of the 1st, I won't be ordering from here ever again.

My order was a half hour late, taking time from my family. They burnt one pizza, and had to remake it, then they didn't make my stuff crust and asked if I would take a non-stuffed crust which costs $3 extra. The manager who wasn't wearing a single stitch of uniform just started making excuses for the fact they couldn't have an order ready that was pre-order almost 2 hours in advance. Furthermore one of my pizzas was cold, and the crust was so hard it was inedible. That I am sure was because they had to remake the other two pizzas. So I got a cold pizza, a warm pizza, and a hot pizza. Since this isn't the first or even fifth horrible experience at this location, I can't recommend people waste their time.
We haven't ordered in a long time. Ordered again tonight 9/20/24. Tried the call in delivery, horrible! Got the wrong order again. Called back 2 times, and finally got to the store, not the switch board. The guy that helped at the store, was great. Sent me a new pizza. Still wrong. I can see why our town, went to 4 location's. To only having 1.
