I ordered delivery tonight. Part of my order is missing. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get a refund or my food delivered.
Well, gave up after 40 minutes on hold. sent an email. guess i'll see if i ever get a refund
I placed an order online for delivery with cash payment at the Prospect Ave location. As soon as I realized I did not have enough cash at home (about 10 min later), I called the store and let them know, asking to change to debit/pay online. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then got a text that my order was picked up by my delivery driver! I hung up and called back again hoping to get a response as it was now urgent. Placed our order at 4:45 PM 12-6-21. It is now 6:39 PM and We just got our Pizza. WTF?
