Great place. The only thing I recommend is cleaning better. The napkin dispensers need wiped down. The booths need thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. The floors need cleaned better. They're extremely slick after they're moped. They're still slick after they dry. That possibly means the water isn't being changed properly in the mop bucket.

Place was disgusting. Many tables sat un cleared the whole time we were there. A bus of sports kids had come in and had to leave because multiple tables sat unclean and the staff very clearly did not care. Do better

This place is great! The negative reviews I have seen are from entitled folks who don't realize what it takes to successfully run a buffet business. There will always be times when food is low, or the dining room is a little messy. The manager and staff do a really great job of restocking as quickly as is possible. They will make a pizza for you by request. Chicken takes a bit to cook if you dont want food poisoning. Our food has always been delicious and plentiful, but that is because we are patient and understanding.

We are from Texas brought a load here to Helena Mt we never been to a Pizza Ranch ! Place was very very clean and well kept! Quite !! Staff was extremely friendly and curious!! Pizza was fresh not over cooked or undercooked ! Pizza wasn’t all saucy either !!! Apple pie pizza was amazing !! Cookie pizza wasn’t that good taste like pounds of sugar just baked lol !! But other than that this place was amazing !! Thank you guys !! If anyone has a TikTok please feel free to follow us rpm.hotshot oh and they people in this town are extremely nice and friendly !!

Great prices. Not so well stocked buffet. Excellent pizza! Ice cream tastes like ice milk, gross. No longer do they serve Coke products, as they've switched to Pepsi, it's awful!

This place is such a great find!! Salad bar is fresh and abundant, cheese bread is hot and yummy, chicken is delicious and so much to eat with it. I didn’t have any of the sides but everything looked wonderful! So many selections of freshly made pizza too!! Dessert pizza and soft serve to finish the meal if you have any room left!!! Excellent value for the money and all was delish!!

I've been going to Pizza Ranch since it opened here in Helena MT and you can't beat it for the money, you never go away hungry.
