Quite possibly one of the worst eating establishments we have encountered. After a long day of travel we wanted to grab a bite to eat near our hotel. We discovered for the most part, it’s a buffet situation. The pizza was ok but varieties were few and they only seemed to be replenishing the bread sticks. The young girl at the front counter was also working in the buffet area and I noticed she was dishing up to-go containers and licking her fingers as she was doing it. There was a soft service ice cream machine that someone has used and missed their cone as a puddle of ice cream sat in front of it. Dessert pizzas were not replenished and the many children who were dining seemed to stand at the dessert table and just eat the pizza from the pan. Tables were not cleaned and we had a difficult time finding one that was semi clean. Our shoes were sticky after being there. Had we not been tired and just needing a quick bite to eat, we would not have stayed after seeing many kids of all ages roaming the premises eating their pizza and hanging out at the buffet tables. I believe this is a chain restaurant and if so, the head office needs to check in on Helena’s location and make some changes to the way it is managed. Stay away at all costs. 2 stars because the pizza wasn’t horrible- similar to frozen pizza.

Went to the ranch at Helena mt Was completely amazed how good the food was there. The staff is amazing friendly and professional. Kept food fresh and the store clean. Would recommend it to anyone. Don

This Pizza Ranch looked like it hadn't cleaned in DAYS. Food on the floor, bathrooms had paper towels on the floor and in the sink, buffet food ( salad and side buffets) was mixed with all sorts of food. DISGUSTING!! Service was ok, occasionally restocked buffet, and the guy at the front was ok, but they weren't great as it seemed they hadn't cleaned AT ALL. The food was OK, and dessert Pizza was probably the best thing I had there. Now let's talk about the arcade... I went in there with my kids and wife and it was chaos. Tons of kids! And the bad part. Most of the machines were down. However it was fun, but when we wanted to redeem our tickets, NO ONE WAS THERE AND IT TOOK FOREVER FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP EVEN AFTER PRESSING THEIR HELP BUTTON!! This Pizza Ranch ultimately deserves 2, maybe even 1 star.

My kids loved it here. The salad bar was pretty good and the kids all found food they liked. The arcade is great and affordable. Each kid got 10 dollars to play with and it lasted almost an hour.

This is the dirtiest pizza ranch I have ever Ben to . When I went to sit down I could not find a table that had Ben cleaned the whole place needs to be cleaned. If it is this bad for the public I can't emangin what the kitchen looks like... I will not come back.

They have one of the most incredible managers Lesley, who doesn’t deserve the crap she has to put up with! They have a very hard working crew, two of them belong to me 🥰 and they work very hard to keep the bars full. It’s incredible some of what they have to put up with and the lack of grace some people have. They keep making and putting out food as fast as they can only to have people take piles of food that they then have to throw away! Take only what you can eat. Parents be the example and teach your children! Do better!
