Years and years of coming here to eat, and we will continue to come back for the years to come. Good variety of gyros, quick service and a reasonable price. Plenty of seating and good location. The owner is super involved and there daily! Overall a great option in Helena!

We visited Planet Gyros for the second time today. The last time was before we started writing reviews, but we both loved it then and this time we walked in with great expectations.
As you step through the doors you’re embraced by the warmth of the environment. The long orange wall somewhat reminded me of a Mexican restaurant, and it definitely brightened up the dining area. The decor is bright with plenty of local posters of happenings going on in the area. The room is equipped with plenty of tables and chairs, although the tables are on the smallish, with chairs for two or three people. The acoustics are a little loud, but thankfully it’s not blaring music.
You place your order at the counter, self-serve your drink from the great selection, then wait at your table for them to bring out your food. The drink selection includes Big Sky Sodas along with Pepsi products.
The menu consists of many different takes on the standard gyro. Otto ordered the Philly cheesesteak which he described as “Phenomenal.” I had the Ultimate Greek Gyro which was loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, and a ton of perfectly seasoned meat. I was pleasantly stuffed as we headed back to the car.
Good value, excellent food, Planet Gyros is a great place to grab a quick lunch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I think winco sells better gyro meat, and what gyro place puts the tzatziki sauce on the pita? The sauce was lumpy and bland. First gyro I've not finished in my life.

Many Gyro places in Montana are disappearing. This one will hopefully last the test of time. I have been to most places in Montana for a gyro, but this one has my favorite. I do love traditional, which my 5 kids and wife love. Well... she loves the Zuess. I however, recommended the Alexander it has spice, sweetness, and savory flavors. In fact I tried to repeat the flavor in a restaurant I worked in. Love this place!
