Ordered on Door Dash.Took an Hour for our order just to get filled. When we received our order there was no meat, fajita veggies or cheese on either of my two preschoolers ground beef and cheese quesadillas. We got 2 flour tortillas thrown in their to go boxes and only 1 box of juice. We did not receive our chips and queso that we ordered at all, and the food we did receive was dry like it was old and really didn't taste good at all.

Usually love QDOBA, this trip made me not want to come back to this one. Workers were not friendly, and worst of all, and my main complaint: no safe food handling practices whatsoever. Ordered a burrito, both people who started and finished never changed gloves, they flipped pans, turned burners off, replaced empty topping containers, opened the walk in, all with the same gloves on, and then proceeded to roll my burrito with them (very poorly). Not only did I not want to eat the burrito because of this, it was also impossible to pick up because of the way it was rolled.

I love Qdoba food, don’t get me wrong! But this location leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I visit, it feels like I’m inconveniencing the staff. They often roll their eyes and seem annoyed, which makes the experience uncomfortable. For example, one time we came in an hour before closing a perfectly reasonable time and they were already cleaning up. When we ordered a quesadilla, the staff got visibly upset, presumably because they had already cleaned the equipment, even though the restaurant was still open for another hour. On top of that, I’ve noticed some concerning food safety practices. Once, I saw the staff in the back prepping food without wearing hairnets, and more than once, I’ve found hair in my food. It’s disappointing because proper food safety shouldn’t be that hard to maintain.I hope this location improves because the food itself is great!

I brought a college soccer team with 22 players here. I called ahead to let them know we were coming when we showed up, they killed it. Qdoba team members took care of us. They made our food quickly and accurately. They were super friendly. I would highly recommend this location. We will be back.

Food is great, service is HORRIBLE!!! went in at 8pm (they close at 930) and they didn't have anymore steak and said they would not make anymore because they were "closing soon" what a joke!
I always get tacos and the cilantro lime rice is tasty

New to Helena. I gave this place 2 chances. Once last October, once this August. Food was good. Both times the staff was rude and confrontational not only with customers, but each other. If you are going to chew your coworkers out, do it in private. It creates for a hostile work environment for everyone involved.
