I am more a sit-down and enjoy the time kind of guy... in Qdoba, although the food is ok to good, I feel rushed and moved along like I am on an assembly line. Part of this may be that customers are channeled into a line, and then where you sit, there is no sense of privacy. Not my kind of environment.

Food is always good, but they frequently forget to put the chips in the bag if I order ahead.
I order online whenever I eat here. The food just doesn't seem to taste the same in the last couple of months. Not sure if they have changed suppliers or what. Even the chips haven't had salt on them the last 2 times I ordered. Just disappointing all around.

Helena MT location.. total was 11.95 for my bowl. I tipped 15% on my card plus one dollar cash. Was grabbing my food and said "thanks honey" to the older female working the cash register. Her response was "I am not your honey". Real real rude like .....so for the record I started using honey sweetie babe bud y'all etc. as to not offend anyone. I was raised by mam and sir but have trained my brain to use these new ones out of respect. She said this to me loud and in front of her whole crew and over 7 customers. I believe she does not belong in the customer service industry. I will never return to this location. Zero stars for her

I've been app ordering lately, and my order is always done fast. The app makes it easy to order and track. Really like their chips, as they are just the right salt content for me and always warm and crisp. Nachos, burritos, tacos, salads. All good.
The tables were mostly dirty and floors have not been swept.They had chicken on the grille and no one watching it burn.The back of house the floors are horrible and the MT Health Dept. Needs to pay a visit.I took a picture but couldnt load it good thing for them.I will not return.
