Great chia. Great smoothie. Friendly staff and chill vibe. I did not try any food, but as place to hangout and chat or work, it is my favorite when visiting Helena.

If you haven’t been to Quench yet you are missing out! Enjoying the best smoothie this morning! Have also been here a few times for some amazing mocktails! This place has great staff and wonderful atmosphere. Gonna be frequenting this place for sure.

I need to give an honest review. While appreciate the concept and agree with the wider community that a place like this is much needed, I think it really misses the mark. The “drinks” like the various non alcoholic mocktail type drinks they have on the menu all have ingredients you would not expect and everyone should be suspicious of. Anyone buying one of these should request to look at the labels themselves. Almost all of them have caffeine and many have ingredients that you would not want to drink while pregnant. They reallly need to disclaimer this! Two people in my group basically started having insane heart palpitations while we were hanging out there. Second, what is with the weird extremely expensive mask art? Nobody in Helena can afford that and the aesthetic is so off putting. And I love this type of art, just not…the ones they have and in this already dark, low ceiling space, and for outrageous prices. Very strange vibes overall. My green smoothie was fine was fine but nothing to write home about and very sweet overall. Similarly, the juices are all so sweet. Spike those glucose levels in the name of a *healthy* drink! The staff was extremely rude to a guest seeking shelter from some severe weather and treated her so poorly, I was shook. This place feels very off from any actually healthy food options, the aesthetic is not comforting, and the staff were rude and I won’t be returning.

We are very impressed with this space! The space is a great place to hang and get some work done or connect with friends. The menu is bolstered with health affirming foods and beverages. Their cold pressed juice energizes me and keeps me going all day. They also have a kombucha on draft for growler fills or for enjoying while you’re hanging in the lounge. Need a to warm up with a bowl of soup? This is your spot! Stoked to have found you!

Amazing smoothies, organic juices and delicious unwaffles that have delicious toppings. They also have delicious food!
