I have been going to this place for the last few months and never had any issues until yesterday, 10/9/25. I pulled into the lot around 4:30 pm. There was another vehicle pulling in at the same time and one leaving. I pressed the button to place an order and was completely ignored by staff. Thinking it was a problem with that specific speaker I moved to another spot and tried again. Again the staff never acknowledged I was there through the speaker or coming out to the vehicle. At this point we were the only vehicle there. The rudeness of the staff during this visit is the reason I will never return to this restaurant.
