Love the fried mushrooms and I stopped by yesterday afternoon to pick some up, but when I got home and opened the box, there was barely any mushrooms in it! So disappointed! I was so tired after a long drive I was hoping just to pick this up for dinner. Not happy with this shrinkflation in a box!!! The box used to be full of mushrooms!!🤦
Wow! First time to Slim Chickens and we loved it! The staff was working their butts off during the lunch rush. Kudos to them!! The food was delicous and we loved it! Will definitely be back when we visit Helena again.

Slim chicken used to be my favorite. Tonight was the last straw. I'm starting to feel personally targeted for a bad experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. The last 2 times I was shoved food out the drive through and walked away from. I couldn't get anyone's attention to tell them HELLO YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER AND JUST WALKED AWAY NEVER COMING BACK TO THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. it's like as soon as they hand you your food you better just hope you have someone behind you in the drive through or else they all just ignore you for 10-15 minutes. Tonight my food is fine But now they replaced all my ranch with blue cheese and all the containers have the oldest, crustiest, gunk on them. Like no one taught the staff how to wipe anything off so it doesn't look like disgusting snot all over the containers. I spend alot of my money at this place and everytime I reach out to Management about my experiences I'm ignored. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere. Unfortunately I can't handle my food being wrong every single time I go in there and they ruin my food and experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. the last 3 times have been awful and unfortunately this location is going downhill 👎🏼 I will get chicken elsewhere.

On this last pass thru Helena, we stopped in for some chicken at the local Slim Chickens. They have wings tenders and chicken sandwiches. The portions are decent - they give plenty of fries. The chicken itself was a tad dry, but the sauces available definitely make up for it. While I wouldn't say its the very best chicken sandwich I've had - it's in the top 5 for drive thru fried chicken. The guy working the window was polite and working quickly.

Literally the dumbest people I've ever talked to. $45 worth of food was missing from our doordash order, called the store just to stay on hold for 10 minutes for the manager to STILL not come to the phone. The only help the front desk kid offered was that we could drive to the store and pick it up. (Noooo, you don't say?! we can drive to the store and pick up the food that we already paid for?! Wow, mind blowing idea! Way to go out of your way to fix yalls mistake) Absolute waste of time and I genuinely despise this store. Disgusting lack of competency!!!
