I was in the drive through and just got a drink. I don't know what was taking so long , it probably wasn't the service it was probably a big order and people need to be considerate when they are ordering a lot and go inside ! I thankfully made my appointment but had no way to get out of the drive-thru.

Not the friendliest environment. The staff were nice enough. The coffee beverages my family ordered were disgusting. I really should have gone with my guy and gone to Florence coffee.
