Usually I hate going here buts it’s close work and they usually don’t have any one that cares enough about there job to do it well enough but that dude tall got I. There from the cedar store is crushing it. Best sandwich and service I’ve had in there. Give that man a raise!
I went in today on my lunch break and the two ladies who were working were in the middle of a rush. I witnessed a few of the customers (i say customers instead of guests) being rude to the ladies for no reason other than it being busy. Not even in anybody's control. Anyway, they were FANTASTIC. Fast. Friendly. KIND. Those ladies need a huge pat on the back for all their hard work and their ability to remain so professional while dealing with some not so kind people. I wish...
Ivan is always the employee to show up and put a friendly smile on his face even when employees don’t show up or he’s left to man the counter by himself. Ivan DEFINITELY deserves a raise for the amount of work he does and the customer service he provides. Every time I’ve showed up In the last three months he’s been here solo and has been so pleasant.
