The guy who was dealing with the last half of the sandwiches put his hand in the trash and without washing his hands continued making sandwiches and after I put an order in over an hour ago they still had yet to start it

Gavin and the other guy working there were amazing. Went to this subway hoping to finally have to have a non-ghetto experience and they did not disappoint. They also did great during the Saturday lunch rush, my order was perfect thank you so much

If I could give negative stars I would. We waited in line for 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of us. They guy making my sandwich asked me 4x if I wanted it toasted to which I said yes please and then he continued to leave it I toasted. Probably because a “regular” was behind us and he jumped to making his sandwich instead of finishing out two so that the man could skip the rest of the line. I asked the other guy if he could please toast my sandwiches so the first guy put it in the oven but never set any timer apparently so when he did remember it he pulled it out and it was burnt to hell. He offered to remake it so I said yes and he changed his mind squeezing my black bread and saying “well it’s still soft” then proceeded to put some random cold cheese on top of the warm cheese that I did not ask for. 40 minutes from the time we walked in to getting very disappointing food. Will probably never go here again. The guy at the register had no idea what was going on and the guy making sandwiches wasn’t even paying attention and left a like of 8 people still behind us so he could go smoke.

I had the #16 Sweet onion teriyaki chicken toasted with American cheese along with fresh spinach, cucumbers, olives, with mayo and teriyaki sauce. It was amazing. Plus their cookies are just mouth watering.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I had a terrible experience here. I arrived just before they were supposed to open at 9:AM. At 9:10 I was still waiting for them to open. When I knocked on the glass, the lady in charge made a terrible face at me and pointed at the counter. I tried to ask, "What's that supposed to mean? Are you open or not? Should I go to another store?," but she just ignored me! Ultimately she sent her assistant out from the back door to tell me they had a big order and wouldn't be able to get to me anytime soon. As I drove away the closed sign was still up and the door was locked (approximately 15 min. after they were supposed to open). I love their sandwiches. All I wanted to do was give them some money and a tip for one. I won't come back to this store again.

I don't know how to describe my experience. The kid who worked here was SO messed up I had no idea what he was babbling about. I originally thought he was trying to get me to leave and then realized he was most definitely out of his mind. The vegetables were verging on rotten and the place was dirty. I have no idea why I paid. I'm questioning my own sanity. The sandwich tasted miserable and I threw most of it away. I hate wasting food, but I don't think I could call that food...

I genuinely thought I was on a TV show with how terrible this visit was. 3 of the employees were very clearly high on drugs. The sandwich making line was incredibly dirty, they were bare handing the sandwiches after one of them was taken off the line for being sick. What seemed like the manager, lives in her car in front of the place and they weren’t able to get the correct ingredients on any of the sandwiches I watched them make. 30-40 minutes to get a wrap. I flipped the open sign to CLOSED on my way out in an attempt to save the people of Helena from experiencing the same. Good luck if you decide to go here.

Came in today a dude named ray was making sandwiches and some blonde guy was working with him. Ray was slow but was trying he was making conversation putting effort forth. Blonde dude was condescending about how to make sandwiches in front of us had an attitude like he was fed up working with the guy which if he did his job well would have been more understandable but he was sloppy and lazy ordered a sandwich with mayo and mustard and he put a mound of mayo and alittle mustard he sucked at his job and was treating the other dude like he was stupid. I’m sure if he gets confronted on this the moron would take no accountability and say something to the effect “he’s done everything I can he sucks at the job.” When he wasn’t leaps and bounds better. Ray was trying he wasn’t.

I am a school bus driver and the team I was driving arrived here late at night, after running behind at an event. The sole employee holding down the fort was honest that he had to handle a large group by himself, but he was respectful and did anyways. It was our last ditch option after a long day and he got all my kids fed.
