Ridiculous amount of time to get served. Sat at the front counter bar area since I was alone. No one else seated the entire length. Marko or Markus took my order after some time. . To make this short four other customers came in after me and got their orders. Took me 20 minutes to get my side salad. Which was less than ten feet away to get. The guy next to me got his within two or three minutes after sitting down and I had been there for an extended amount of time before he even came in. By the time they were all done eating and had paid i finally got my food. He ignored me and coped an attitude the whole time. Four piece chicken dinner from the time I arrived until the time I left was one hour. He singled me out to serve all his buddies first. zero tip for the worst server I have ever had. Never again sit at the counter at this place if he is working there.

They don’t answer their pickup window. Then you have to call because they don’t answer the window. Took over a hour to get two simple orders (just chicken boxes). Don’t not go here. Horrible!

I love their double cheeseburger with bacon, jalapeno and pepper jack! Their broasted chicken is the bomb as well. Best I've had in Helena no joke. This is a must try if you haven't done so already. Highly recommend this joint. The breast and thigh with my burger and jojo's is my go to and the chicken is cooked to perfection. Sooooo juicy! They also serve up some delicious in house ranch. It's so good I always leave with a bottle of it haha

where is the integrity?! When I come into any establishment, I try my best to be kind to the employees, but sometimes they make it incredibly difficult to do so. Anytime I get food from here, I usually end up leaving in a sour mood because the staff always have attitude with me, as someone who's been in customer service for awhile now, that is NOT the kind of treatment any customer should be getting. What makes it worse is that the managers are no better, allowing these snarky comments and under-the-breath curses to happen, or doing it themselves, quite frankly, I've had it up to here with Suds Hut, the only redeeming quality is that it's quick to get your food, which is for the best, because no one should be in here to endure this treatment for more than they have to. These people should be ashamed and strive to do better before it becomes the next store on the chopping block in Helena

When I my wife checked. I forgot. Turned around JR was making fun of me. When I confronted him he said he was making fun of another customer. Which is not right if it was me or someone else. So then he threatened to call the cops on me because I said it was not right to make fun of anyone. Yes I was upset. I finally just said it's not worth it and left. And this person is a manager there. Not someone I would want on my staff. You don't make fun of customers they are what make it so you have a job. I am very disappointed in Suds Hut for allowing this to happen.
