Ai drive through is slow to comprehend. Extremely long wait to even order and longer to get food. Not even the busy hours you'd expect for it to be slow.

In the dining room there's a kiosk to order from and pay. If you pay cash, you give it to the person behind the counter. Shouldn't it be their job to tell the others there's an order? I mean, he takes the money for the order, right? Why should it be our responsibility to make sure they know we ordered? Am I confused or something? When we did find out that we are supposed to tell the guy we ordered food (the same one that took the money), we thought maybe they would expedite the order since we waited so long, (common courtesy and all), and waited another 20 minutes for the food to come out before demanding our money back. So in all, we waited for nearly 45 minutes in the lobby for food we never got, and he even tried to charge us for a drink that we never recieved. We did get our money back and won't be eating there for a long while. Get it together.... SMH

This place lacks so much, I am from Arizona and I know TacoBells with 3 workers and pushing more orders out. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Never seen a TacoBell with 8 workers and 15 orders behind!!! It's so sad!!

Let’s just say there’s a reason we call it taco hell in my circle and now I remember why! One of my orders was inedible and the other just very blah. The seating area was not clean and from what I could see from the counter neither was the kitchen. I will give staff credit they were very polite and seemed to be working hard.
