The AI ordering system is the least efficient thing I've ever seen. The workers were nice and helped me fix the incorrect order it took, but I think the experience made me not wanna go to Taco Bell again.

Took 45+ minutes to get my food. Went into the lobby because there was about 10 cars in line, was literally the only person inside except for 3 teenagers who had only ordered the baja freeze. Employees made 4 or 5 freezes individually for the drive through without even checking on the lobby order. I was more mad for them, they waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks

It's the worst place to go for food in Helena. The drive thru times are astronomical. The service is sub-garbage and the management could literally care less. The place is a liquid dumpsterfire, and management should take this personally. 🤣😂🤣

I visited this store to see what the negativity was all about. I usually go to the other Taco Bell. I visited today and as soon as I walked in, the music was blasting. You can't hear the the person talking across from you. Then, no cashier, all automated. I didn't over 10 minutes trying to order 3 tacos on these ridiculous machines. The meals aren't enough to feed a rabbit. I'll keep going the extra distance to go to the other Taco Bell. What a waste of property. Would of been a great jack in the box.

Food and service is fine. However, don't eat in they must keep the temperature comfortable for employees, not costumers. Bring ur winter coat to wear inside if you want to be comfortable. Been in many times and it's always uncomfortable cold.
