I usually avoid this store at all costs, all taco bells, not because their food us bad but because all their employees are very unfriendly and rude, it doesn't matter where your at it almost seems like a taco bell policy. The men working at the store tonight were the most pleasant employees I've dealt with at a taco bell I was very suprised

The AI in the Taco Bell drive-thru is absolutely terrible. I hate using it. And when I try to refuse to use it the staff literally admonishes me for not using it and then explains to me how to use it properly even though I've already tried what they told me to do. I stopped eating at Taco Bell for this reason a long time ago but I was still accepting doordash orders when I was doordashing. But their Lobby is closed so frequently that I'm forced to use the AI in their drive-thru and be criticized by staff for not wanting to use it. You have lost a customer for life and I will no longer ever pick up doordash orders at Taco Bell.

I placed my ordered for mobile pickup because i was hauling cows and needed a quick stop without going through the drive through. I drove over and when i walked up the sidewalk was under construction, the door said drive thru only. I couldn’t go through it with a trailer on obviously so i tried to still enter through the side door because 1. i already paid for the order and it was ready 2. the app did not inform me the lobby was closed. So i figured i’d try to ask them and if anything they could hand me the bag outside. The manager then stormed up to me and got in my face, nearly physically pushing me out the door and yelling. I hardly had a chance to explain my situation and when i did he rolled his eyes and reluctantly got me my food. this was probably a 6’4 huge man and i am a petite woman who approached the situation politely and the only way i knew how without leaving without food i paid for. I was not a threat and he jumped straight to intimidation. there was no reason for his behavior after the STORES lack of preparation. I had no idea the store was under construction when i ordered on the app. I feel so disgusted with this experience. Even the construction workers outside, not a part of the taco bell staff, who heard it happen couldn’t believe his behavior and apologized to me.

The manager was so rude I couldn't even believe that that person is the manager very unprofessional.. definitely will not be visiting this Taco Bell I'll drive across town before I will go there again.. no wonder you can't keep no staff if the manager talks to customers as they do .

The manager by the name of G.W had terrible customer service. As well as denying service to me for going through the drive thru on foot because the vehicle I was driving was to big. Terrible experience, slammed door in my face!!

Somehow part of the chalupa shell is always under cooked and the rest of the is stale. My food is usually under filled and the filling is cold as well. Service is fine, usually very quick and efficient. Super stingy about sauce. Need to specify most of the time, and they will still short me on sauce. Literally gave me one sauce to spread amongst three tacos. Literally unbelievable.

Literally been waiting 30 minutes in the dining room for food and still haven't gotten it. Two people that ordered before us got their food before we are able to. ZERO urgency from staff!!!

This place sucks I just ordered from here and they were slow and my food came out cold and the cheese wasn't even melted like all the other taco bells do and they were just rude im not one to leave reviews but this was bad bad enough for me to leave a review

Overall, some of the best Taco bell Ive had. Quick and well mad food. Awesome 80s music playing the whole time. Clean bathrooms and dining room.
