Pictures look pretty good but more recent reviews show topping that are pretty sparse. The real kicker is incorrect hours listed. Stopped by while they were open and absolutely 0 cars around and no lights on. Reading further into reviews, we might have dodged a bullet. Look into other bakeries at local grocery stores. You have time to quickly reply to a Google review but not update business hours on the most popular map app/program?

I wanted donuts so bad and came at 12:30 on a Sunday , they were CLOSED. Store hours said 1:30 close time. I came across town I am very frustrated and will not try again.

Honestly disappointed…. Hadn’t been here in a couple years decided to come in today. Thinking how good a doc holiday or peaches and cream sounded. Nope. $20 for a dozen basic donuts. I’ll be going to Vans thrift way where’re it’s $8.99 a dozen for donuts that are the SAME QUALITY.

If you sell out every day that might be a sign to increase production. The donuts used to have so much frosting now you're lucky to get a small smear. If I'm going to pay those prices I want all the frosting.

When they are good, they are very very good, and when they are bad, they are very very bad. Their flavors can be amazing, but their centers can be raw. It’s a coin flip every time. They are also not open sometimes when google says they are. The unpredictability makes me concerned about the quality of the management.

Giving this place a 3 because the entire experience is what it's all about. The donuts - GREAT!The service and staff being friendly - very horrible! The guy was very rude and you can tell he didn't want to be there. He had just came back from a break and unlocked the doors. As we enter, doesn't say a word.. we order, pay and leave with him still not speaking a word besides telling us our total. Not a good environment. We won't be back, We'll go to Park Ave.

Good donuts but limited selection. Staff has take it or leave it attitude. Meh!

5 stars cuz the flavors and quality is always so good. Sadly the size of the bars and a few others like apple fritter are small. But can't beat the fresh flavor! They're doing a good job here, being the only donut shop in town.

I’m ONLY giving five stars based on the donuts, not shop hours, staff demeanor or anything else. The donuts were fresh, tasty, not overly complicated or ridiculous like something you might find at a Voodoo donut. Based on what I had I would go back and recommend the dirty dozen.

Fantastic Donuts. I got these for the Laurel Dodgers baseball team 3 days in a row. Best donuts ever they said. Fantastic job. We will be back.

My family and I, who are HUGE donut lovers, often try to go to as many mom and pop owned donut shops on our trips as humanly possible (pizza, is another go-to food of ours!). The Dirty Dozen definitely has some GOOD donuts (better than most, I might ad!!!). My wife and daughter both had the Mr. T donut, I had a bite, it was great!! We also indulged in a fruity pebbles donut, an old fashioned, and a really FANTASTIC apple fritter!!! The worker behind the counter came off a bit stand-offish and rude I thought, but the donuts more than made up for that.

The only reason this rating gets two stars is because the donuts are good. We arrived at the store today greeted by a sign that they'd be back in ten minutes. So we waited. When the employee arrived, he flipped the lock open, and walked away. There was no acknowledgment that he even had customers. When we ordered he was very short, one word responses. I asked for a tiramisu donut (there was an entire rack of them available) and he pretended not to hear me, then he said there weren't any for the day. I asked again if those were available and he rolled his eyes and didn't respond. We were a complete inconvenience to this employee. He did this to three patrons in a row. The donuts are about half the size of the donuts at Vans. For the price and general being treated like you are better than an inconvenience, go to Vans. I try this establishment every few months or so to see if it will improve. After years, it's still the same. Horrible service, good donuts.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Helena. This person rolled their eyes at me multiple times and didn’t have a single nice thing to say about anything at all. I will not be returning until better staff is found. I use to love coming to this donut shop. I didn’t mind the prices being a little high or if the ran out because they are that tasty but I will NOT tolerate rude people especially when I am paying them to treat me that way!!! Please please please find better staff.

Good donuts! Nothing completely amazing, but all around solid. My kids loved the Fruity Pebbles with vanilla icing.

Been trying to catch this place open for almost a year now.. NEVER OPEN.. I'm here at 7am and been waiting since "open" to get some donuts.. I absolutely give up on this place. Don't waste your time. Other people have already came and left and I'm still waiting for open at 7am on a Saturday morning when the door and Google say they open at 630!! ?
