Anyone looking to open a business a frozen yogurt shop could be a winner. This place is not run properly so you would have virtually no competition. They have lots of empty machines with a few flavors. 🤦 I would be interested in buying this if the owner has just given up as it appears.

Service was terrible. The teenage female server on 11/18/24 was in the back and took a few minutes to come out. There were only 4 flavors since the other 9-10 were ‘OUT OF ORDER! And when I got home, the French vanilla and tasted the French vanilla, it tasted like chemicals and a strange tangy flavor. It was disgusting and went strait into the trash. The peanut butter was even worse! I will never go back to Frozen moose. Waste of money.

Out of 14 flavors, only 4 were available. I ask why, as this happened last year when we drove though Helena. The cashier said they are always broken down.

The flavors available were good. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. There were lots of empty spots for other flavors and it would have been super fun to have more flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from but we made do with what was available. The seating area was clean and comfortable.

The kids love this place I take them all at least once a week they are usually pretty nice and it's mostly always clean in there but we went there after the movie yesterday and it was closed and I told the kids that we probably just missed it but then I noticed that the open sign was on and the website said they were open still it was not even 7:30 yet I guess we will have to take our business elsewhere

A cute little frozen yogurt shop with add your own toppings. Pay by the pound ! Loved the choices of the yogurt and sauces + toppings. A nice little stop ! Some flavors were not in service while we were here. A lot in fact hence, the small rating.
Almost all machines were out of order and even the ones that say they ran didn’t. Basically all you could get was overpriced chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Go to Big Dipper downtown and get way better quality ice cream.

Almost all machines were out of order and even the ones that say they ran didn’t. Basically all you could get was overpriced chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Go to Big Dipper downtown and get way better quality ice cream.

Not even half of the dispensers work, the toppings are usually stale and barely replaced (only if they are emptied by customers) the staff don’t take any pride in keeping the place clean, they have 2 working tvs, the general manager doesn’t take initiative when it comes to the upkeep of the store, when I got interviewed to work there the general manager told me her other employees are irresponsible and can’t do their job correctly, she went off on a 20 minute rant on every single issue she has with every employee (very unprofessional) with my time working there I’ve noticed there’s a lot of drama between staff but it never gets resolved, I lost my job there because the manager is so wrapped up in the teenage drama she couldn’t even talk to me about whatever I was doing wrong like an adult (she’s older than me)The owners don’t care about this place, there is a girl who works there and doesn’t even do her job correctly and was only hired solely on the fact that she’s the owners daughter. they just collect the money and call it a day. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, there’s nothing but middle schoolers being inappropriate in the bathrooms, loitering and vaping in the store, along with employees making out with their boyfriend in the back room it’s really not a kid friendly place anymore.
