I’ve heard great things about this bakery. Super disappointed upon our first visit today. The young staff was unwelcoming, disengaged and displayed a negative attitude towards the patrons. I watched a young worker openly roll her eyes when she needed to fix an order they messed up. The cupcakes were enjoyable and the atmosphere was cute however if the customer service is lackluster at any establishment and staff are irritated with paying customers so easily - it’s not worth a future visit.

I have yet to try 1 thing that is not a 5 star rating at VB! Shoutout for the consistently delicious goodies. I can walk in any random day and try something new. The selection is always a fantastic variety. I just don’t know how they do it! And I am a picky pastry eater!
Thank for my daughter’s birthday cake! It was incredible, obviously! It is every time!

Super cute and cool place to go

Fantastic place to eat and the atmosphere is relaxing and fun.

The Bean as my little guy calls it, is wonderful it has a beautiful setting delicious food. EVERY single item I’ve sampled has been extraordinary! It’s so close to home (for me) I go often! No complaints no negatives. Stellar service, amazing food and treats ( you can taste the love put into every dish)

Delicious food and baked goods! Beautiful open space that is designed well. Caprese sandwich was not worth the cost as there were only 2 small tomato slices, lots of cheese, and barely any pesto. It was difficult to tell if there was even any pesto on the sandwich. Felt more like a grilled cheese than a Caprese. Due to the taste of the food I would give this place another shot.

Vanilla bean: Aromatic, rich, and versatile. Its complex sweetness elevates desserts, drinks, & savory dishes. Pricey, but worth it for the real deal. Skip artificial flavors, embrace the pure essence.

A beautiful cafe with friendly staff but for the prices I would expect the food to consistently be good.

I had to wait almost 3 minutes before any of the 6 employees got off their phone to realize I was there. Both the young girls and the older presumably “managers” were far too preoccupied. Food was ok at best. Hopefully some new ownership soon, clearly the current one doesn’t understand how to run a business.

Vanilla bean is awesome!! They have the best cranberry chicken salad on crossaints! And the vanilla chai is great!
