I’ve been a VB customer since she opened. The reason for this review is that it seems the customer experience is declining. Melissa is a very very talented pastry chef, but the offerings are limited and appear to be less as time goes on. Generally 4 varieties of cookies (the same types are offered at other bakeries in town), funfetti/ chocolate cupcakes and occasionally raspberry, and 2-3 types of cakes plus 2-3 bar cookies.She used to do specialty items like napoleons and. opera cake. Blarney stones were only offered for a couple weeks this year.I know people come for coffee and visiting, but I’ve talked to locals who are searching for an alternative because they are tired of limited selections.I’ve also noticed that attitude toward customer service is mentioned by several reviewers. A bad experience means loss of customers!

I wish I had a picture to post but our family devoured it! My sister brought over a carrot cake and bars from here…. And my god they were the talk of the night. We are a family that shares our love through food so we are picky, and these blew our foodie minds. I can not wait to visit this bakery in person. Thank you for making our Easter a little more special. ?

My wife and I are new in town for a short time and love checking out local spots. This place was so cute. Had a very relaxing vibe to it. The staff was nice and actually personable. We got drinks and both were delicious. We will for sure be stopping back :)

I always look forward to eating there and today I was relegated to a sandwich out of the cooler even though there was no line, they weren’t busy. They were not trying to close. The cook sassed, do you wanna watch me make it?!?! If I had wanted a sandwich out of the cooler I would’ve gone to a gas station. It would have cost a lot less and I would not have had to give a tip.
Amazing pastries! I also got my daughter’s birthday cake here last week and it was awesome!
