The pizza was fantastic and the service was surprisingly good. I was doubtful at first, but was pleasantly surprised by everything. I would definitely eat there again.

I used to work here. I absolutely loved dax. And the $1 pizzas were to die for, however, today was the worst customer service I have ever had in a casino. The lady, that I've never met before, decided she had a huge issue with me from the get-go. She walked by me twice before I asked if I could get a pizza. She then informed me that I must play 25 cents to get anything. She then told me three other times that I needed to bet a minimum of 25 cents. I informed her three times that I do not bet less than $25 almost ever. Without even being prompted I had things happen such as her throwing her arms up at me asking for some information. I will not be back to this establishment!!!! I don't think this lady belongs in customer service whatsoever, especially one where you have to deal with people so much. When I won the wheel spin she then gave me attitude because I didn't know at which time to spin the wheel, because she walked away and didn't say anything to me. I seriously will never come back to village inn. This sucks because this place is a staple here in Helena and I believe it will hurt in regards to the way she treats your guess. It's already breathy and lengthy so I'll let it be at that Good riddance!

The pizza is pretty good and the atmosphere is definitely nostalgic. The employees here are awesome though. Always chill and friendly. It’s really nice in the winter when they have the fireplace going. Plenty of machine choices to gamble if that’s your thing.

I love their pizza. Their service is great. On Saturday, the lady at the counter helped me with drinks by finding a box for the liter bottles and cups of ice, straws, cheese and pepper packets. She went over and above and since it was moving day, she made at least that part as easy for me as she could.

Didn’t eat here. Walked in, waited at the counter and got ignored. Looked around at the dark establishment and couldn’t figure out whether it actually served food or not. Tables were unclean and/or covered in supplies. Most of the space appeared to be occupied by the “Casino”, which was nothing more than video slot machines. There were a few “customers” sitting around talking. The whole ambiance was very odd and uncomfortable. Still not even being greeted, I quickly left. Delivery maybe?
