Morning shift is the best and always gets my order right. Evening shift never gets it right. Don't know why I use the drive through in the evening, I always have to park and go in to fix my food. How hard is it to make a burger with no cheese and only mustard and ketchup. I just don't understand how.

One of the managers was yelling at their employee while my kids and a few other customers were inside eating. She was yelling at the employee to clean this up and the words she said was “I don’t care get this cleaned up” she yelled it. And than she picked her nose and ate it.

My fiance order online we both got biggie bag meals and I gor a chicken sandwich bLT and ask for no tomato and instead I got everything but the bun and my fiance got baconator and he didn't even get his sandwich and he apple becan sald and there were bugs in it we were very very disgusted would not recommend coming here at all.

I ordered online in the app and said that I was picking it up to the drive-thru and when I got to the drive-thru window they told me I had to come inside to pick up my order. This upset me greatly as my son was in the car so I had to park yet again in a handicap spot to run into the store and wait for my burgers. The manager was not nice about this and in fact was the person that told me that I had to come inside to pick up my burgers. But when I filed a complaint with Wendy's on the.com she claimed that she wasn't the one working and that I was lying.
Vegetarian options: I don't think I would ever come here during lunch time again. They were rude and the drive-thru window operator seemed like his main language was Spanish and not English. If you're going to work somewhere you got to make sure you can speak the language you're handing out the right food and drinks. He tried to hand me three extra drinks that were not mine and didn't even know what I ordered. Very disappointed in the lunchtime service of Wendy's.
Parking: The parking here was very difficult as I had ordered through the app for a pickup to drive through and they told me I had to come inside which forced me to park in the handicap spaces directly off of the drive-thru because there was no way I was driving all the way around the block just to go inside and pick up my order that I was supposed to pick up who the drive-thru.
