Nice amount of food but all the meat was very TOUGH! Not much of a smoke flavor. Beans tasted like out of a can and potatoe salad like out of a deli. This is a food truck not a sit down restaurant.

I had the sliced Pork it was excellent and juicy, this Blowhard highly recommends The Rib Shack! The BBQ sauce, coleslaw and Baked Beans were also delicious, great price for a good size serving. I’ll be back!
