I called to get a gift certificate and was told I had to come to the restaurant. Well I live over 150 miles away so I called a friend in lewistown to see if he could do that for me, which he agreed to do. He drove out to Hobson to this establishment and was told they don't do gift cards. I hear they weren't very polite. My question is why was I told they did gift cards and when my friend arrives he was told no "we don't do gift cards". Waste of time and gas. We will never patronize this restaurant.SignedI R Pissed.

The dining experience at this restaurant left me speechless. The food is beyond delicious; my limited English vocabulary fails to capture its true essence. I indulged in the brisket, chicken, pork, and okra, and each dish was a masterpiece. Choosing a favorite is impossible; I eagerly anticipate exploring the entire menu. I highly recommend everyone to visit and savor the culinary delights. A solid 10 out of 10!
Went here on a Sunday day trip. It was amazing!! The staff were talkative and fun. The atmosphere was very small town BBQ joint vibe. The food was amazing!! I would take the drive again just for the food!!

The staff makes you feel at home and the food makes you feel like you’re at a high end Texas BBQ joint.

On my way through I stopped at this restaurant to get some takeout. Luckily it was a Sunday so I got to try their Baby Back Ribs (full slab). They only have them the one day until they run out. Also, ordered some pulled pork and sweet potato fries as well as some sweet tea. It was more expensive than I was expecting but worth it and it fed me for 3 days lunch and dinner. And boy it was all good. Only thing I wish is that I got more BBQ sauce on the side. One souffle cup just wasn't enough but I made it work. Great food. Friendly service. Well worth the side trip into town to get it.
Amazing breakfast. Ordered two brisket omelets, ranchers breakfast, and pancakes. Everything was phenomenal as was the service. Can’t say enough good things about full curl smokers, especially for breakfast. Looking forward to trying their bbq staples next time through town.

Listen, I have been to the Full Curl Smokers' restaurant a few times, sought out their food truck, and recently had them cater my wedding, so I know what I'm talking about here.First, let's talk about the food. I've tried everything from the coffee they brew to the meat they smoke. Guess what, it's all fantastic. Brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, burgers, wraps, potato salad, mac and cheese...it all hits the spot every time. And then there are the sauces they make, wow. Each one adds a unique and delicious experience to an already great tasting meal. What's my go-to recommendation on food, you ask? At the risk of sounding dramatic, I'll tell you this. If I knew for certain that I could only have one more meal in my life, I would, without hesitation, ask for the Full Curl Smokers' "Cowboy Mac." Homemade macaroni and cheese with diced slow-smoked brisket smothered in a signature BBQ sauce...yeah, I'd leave this life fully satisfied with my choice. Trust me on this one, dear reader, I have tried to replicate this dish myself, and it can't be done. It keeps me up at night.Next, I'd like to talk about the owners and people behind the food. Carlton and Justin are some of the most welcoming and genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting. You walk into the restaurant or up to the food truck and you are greeted with a smile and a sincere "How ya doin'?" You can tell they enjoy what they do and the people they serve. Finally, allow me to tell you about my wedding. My wife and I were married in Paradise Valley, Montana. It was supposed to be a beautiful summer day. However, a few hours before the ceremony and reception (outdoor), an unprecedented storm hit the venue. I'm talking ominous clouds, stinging rain, pelting hail, and ridiculously strong wings. In fact, all eight tents that we set up to cover the food and guest tables were destroyed. Table settings and chairs were flipped and flung across the yard. Honestly, I was a bit upset; all that hard work and careful planning down the drain. But you know what, Carlton and Justin braved the elements the entire time to make sure all of the food was ready. They salvaged tables and serving equipment, kept the smoker going, protected the prepped food, and helped the wedding party ensure the reception and meal went off without a hitch. And they did it all with a smile and light-hearted attitude. Full Curl Smokers...more like Full-On Badasses.Anyway, I don't leave many reviews, but I felt compelled to leave this one. Do yourself a favor and try the food at Full Curl Smokers, and I hope you get to talk to the amazing people that make it.

Very old building but don't let that stop you. Out fishing at the lake stopped for breakfast and the restaurant changed to a BBQ, but they still served breakfast. Egg, bacon all the normal stuff. However they added a few different items. Asked the server what they liked. She said the breakfast burrito was her favorite. Wife and I both ordered one. It was served with a BBQ sauce the guy makes. He made several types. This was the BEST BREAKFAST I'VE EVER HAD!! Not mention you had to open a couple belt holes after you got up. The price was unbelievable. Very reasonable.
Amazing BBQ and frozen lemonade in the most surprising place! Quaint, cute, clean and best of all delicious. Young man behind the counter was very knowledgeable and kind.

My family and I are coming from the Bay Area and there just isn’t anything quite like this place there. SF is supposed to be this big foodie place but they don’t have brisket that falls apart like it does here.. Kieth Lee would go CRAZY for this bbq. I had the Brisket and pulled pork. Both were amazing. I’m a brisket guy and this is top 3 ever in my life.

Best brisket ever!! Had all the sides, each one was better than the last one. The baked beans had a nice kick and the mac and cheese is super creamy. Very nice place and well worth the drive from Lewistown.

I had the food truck first and loved it!! Convinced the family to go out again that weekend so we had the full menu to choose from. It was amazing. The omelet are as big as the plate and are delicious. They make their own salsa and it was the perfect pairing. The family talked about “good smoke” flavor. We had to use lots of napkins. Usually when that happens that means the food was good. Definitely will be going back. :)
