You wont leave hungry here. Not real fancy, just good food cooked well. The bloody Mary they have is virtually a meal, priced right. Service is excellent. Bit of a drive, but worth it. Nice people run it.

I don’t leave reviews very often, but I just had to after visiting this place. First, everyone was so nice and welcoming! The 2 ladies working out in the restaurant were AMAZING!! Best service I’ve had in a long time!! The burgers, life changing!! One of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. The interior of the place was so quirky and incredible! I live 2.5 hours from this place and we are already talking about making a special trip to just go back! 10/10 definitely recommend!

This review is 7 years late, I hope it still applies. We were camped on the Judith, and I really love camp cooking - rarely do I go to a restaurant when camping. This place was a part of the plan for a grand Central Montana camping and fishing adventure in 2018, and eating here is now a core memory.
After a long day of wading the Judith, and not catching many fish in the July heat, a burger and cold beer at the Oxen Yoke hit the spot! The people were very nice, and the burgers tasted like they came from my dad's BBQ.
Afterwards we tried another spot on the Judith, and my friend caught a really nice brown trout, then we got scared off the water by a pretty serious thunderstorm. We had a nice campfire in the Little Belts, and it's a day I'll never forget. Thanks Oxen Yoke Inn for being a part of that fine day.

The sign out front says “big burgers”. They definitely live up to the name! Burgers were amazing, made from local grass fed beef. I would highly recommend stopping by!

Technically, the Oxen Yoke is in Utica, so maybe Google is not aware of Utica originally made famous by Charlie Russell's, "A Quiet Day in Utica" painting. This place is famous for it's burgers and many travel far and wide to get their hands on a mouthful!
