Very slow! The employees acted surprised when we walked in wanting a table and struggled to find where to put us in a nearly empty restaurant. Our chips were literally the crumbs at the bottom of a crushed bag. We had to ask for refills and apparently that could only be handled by one specific person. Again the restaurant was only about 10% capacity! We waited 1hr 15min for food to arrive!

Was there for a hour and a half. Not enough coverage do it was slow. Waitress did her best, but still not enough. Chicken and shrimp were over cooked. And 5 mins after getting our meal the check was given to us, never asked about dessert (which we did plan) and never refilled our drinks.

The waitress seemed like she was on Crack, my drink was made wrong. I asked for them to remove it from my bill as I only took a couple of sips from it and it wasn't flavorful at all. Service took for ever. We were seated at a dirty table and had to ask for it to be wiped down. Wait staff and hostess laughed at me in front of me while politely asking about my drink. Our waiter and hostess were both severely judgy. We waited an hour for our 3 meals and the food was cold. Burgers were undercooked and my steak was over done. Well NOT worth the money.

Walked in & was told that there was only 1 server, so the wait would be ATLEAST 20 minutes until we were even seated. We waited about 10 minutes, until another customer had been told the same thing said they had been there longer then that. I looked around at all of the people that were seated & NOBODY had food or empty dishes, so we walked out, without even ordering! I feel bad for the people working there!! I wasn't about to wait 20 minutes to hopefully be seated, to wait god knows how long to get food!

Horrible. No one came to greet us. The entire staff made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in the door at 10pm (They close at 11). The waitress took 20 minutes to take our order and then was extremely rude asking if we wanted the food to go since they were "locking the doors". This was at 10:30pm. She just seemed exasperated and like she couldn't be bothered. No one seemed to care at all.

Used to be one of my favorites, but the quality and service have consistently gone downhill. Ordered curbside to go and our order was 20 minutes late coming out. The appetizer was pretty good. However, one meal was cold, and the 2nd meal had cold & soggy fries, the coleslaw was browned and slimy, and the riblets were cold and not fit to eat. Most of the meal went in the trash and we got dinner from elsewhere. I would stay clear of this store.
I just go to see my favorite bar tender the pretty black haired girl Liz she basically runs the place by herself but I noticed all the cheap skate costumers forget to tip. If anyone deserves a good tip it's her she's awesome. evergreen location is the only one I go to.

Getting out of a church service I was starving and it was 10:15 at night and thankfully this place was open. We were sat and we waited 15 minutes and not one person came and spoke to us. Including the waitress that came back and forth to a computer RIGHT NEXT TO OUR TABLE! I could have complained but then what kind of food would I have gotten. I begged my husband to go here because he doesn’t like Applebee’s but we were running out of options. (We are visiting from out of town) we got up and left to hopefully find some food somewhere else. I guess that’s the last time we will give Applebee’s a try. Disappointed.

I arrived at 6:50 for a 7:00 pickup order. Waited until 7:50 to get my order, got home. Wrong food and it was an order from 4:40, 3 hrs earlier, obviously someone else didn't get... I got charged 38.00 for misc. & a fish and steak dinner that I ordered only to receive 3 plus hr. old burgers & fries!!! This and their phone number is acting like it's not in service So I can't even ask for my money back without driving 10 miles round trip. This on Mother's Day, Happy Mother's Day mom!!! Great work Applebee's ?

Did a curb side to go order and when I went to pick it up they forgot a meal. Went back and called them. Put me on hold for 5 minutes and I had my two small children in the car and couldn’t get out. Called again and they acted like I was being pushy wanting my meal and “they would bring it out when they could” the food overall was good but I was disappointed with the way I was treated.
