Last time I go to this applebees location have gone twice and both times waited for over hour and half to only have our food to be served cold. Our server admitted to serving our food to another table by mistake all while thinking it was funny. Our server also forgot to bring out breadsticks and still wanted to charge us full price had to ask him if we were going to get a discount. Don't come here unless you want to leave frustrated.

Never can get any help in this place. You can walk in wait 20 minutes standing upfront, having 3 to 5 employees walk right by you without saying anything to you. If you try to talk to them ull be ignored, it's happened every time without fail but once.

Ended up walking out as they took forever to wait on us and then we waited for 20 minutes for our food. When we asked them to check on our order the bartender said he couldn’t leave the bar so we left instead. End of our relationship!!

The best part about dinner was the appetizer which was the onion rings. I got the 8oz steak medium rare with fries and mashed potatoes, the wife got the 4 cheese Mac and cheese and kiddo got pizza. The steak came out well done and the fries were cold, the pasta was cold in the Mac and cheese and the pizza was not very tasty. The waiter was an older gentleman who seemed overwhelmed and never refilled any of the drinks, maybe having an off night, it did not seem super busy but you never know. I am just right this because as an owner these are things I would like to know! I have been there one other time and it was better but still Just ok. Hope this helps!

My wife and i went to dinner there last night, there was hair in my food. Although they remade my food without the hair in it, I felt disgusted. I truly wish that they would have been considerate enough to comp my meal due to how unsanitary that is. $35 is alot to pay for a meal to have hair in it. Seemed like the waitress did not care, and seemed irritated at me for saying anything.

Wow! I don’t know if I’ve every had a more disappointing experience. I feel like a 1 star rating is way over generous. I ordered online for a pickup order. The estimated time for when it would be ready was 4:30.When I got to the restaurant around 4:40, the hostess checked on my order and said it wasn’t done yet. Half an hour later, a gentleman brought out my food and said “I didn’t realize you were here” and gave me my food, which by that time was cold. I’m very sorry I left a tip when I order and also sorry google reviews doesn’t offer a no star or negative stars option. Won’t make the mistake of ordering from this restaurant again.

You barely get any food for what you paid for. I paid $68.00. My shrimp, with chicken meal was really dried out. Over seasoned. Only 3 shrimp on it. I couldn't eat it. I could only eat my tiny side of potatoes. I got penne chicken for my son. Barely any pasta. They forgot his bread. My husband enjoyed his ribs, rice, and potatoes.
Firstly , food absolutely did not smell good ! Secondly , I did not ask for a Rare steak . Thirdly , half a cup of broccoli & 1 school scoop of potatoes for $27 ??? I just threw the whole plate away it didn’t smell good anyways …

If I could no start here I would definitely have to. I brought my family here and it was an absolute disaster. It was an all around really bad experience. I ordered an app for my family while we waited for our food and the bartender brought me my check before we even received our entrees and said have a good night! I told we haven't even got our food yet! She tried to apologize no one refilled out drinks and the food was cold the bar tender was our waiter and she had no interest in serving us or tending to my family . I'm out right disgusted all around with the service and food. This location should be shut down. And to the manager I will pray for you because only God can help you at this point. Disgusting!!!apple bees should be ashamed.

We had to wait 10 minutes just to be seated. Seen servers and the bartender but no hosts anywhere. Then when it came to seating us we had to wait again because I did not want to sit at a high top, even though there were lots of empty tables. Very disappointing.
