Completely rude. The person who sat use kept rolling her eyes and when she went to clean off a table she kept glancing back at us while talking bad about us. I knew this because I can read lips. She gave my family complete attitude. I wish I could give a -5 starts. Paul very nice. Aaron chill dude great manager. Tala or whatever her name is very mean and was the girl who rolled her eyes.

I like Applebee's anywhere else. This one? Not so much would not recommend service wise or food wise. Said I had a nut allergy and came back with nuts on my salad I'm like whatever I just won't get anything tell them to take it off my bill.. did they? Nope! I was so tired from traveling I didn't even have the energy to go back n forth with the manager so unprofessional and apparently money hungry just take the salad off the bill! I could have had an allergic reaction in your establishment then you would have bigger problems on your hands.

Paul is a SUPERSTAR Words CAN'T EVEN BEGIN to do JUSTICE to this young man's superior customer service skills as far as eagerness to deliver the most satisfying experience while dining out. He does this through his extensive knowledge of the menu and the options as well as always, maintaining a smile with an upbeat attitude and a positive outlook. Here's the type of employee that will take a personal phone call at home to just describe the menu to a friend. Thank you for being you Paul. It's people like you that make Applebee's remarkable. Ordered a medium rare steak. Received a well done steak. Three other people at my table ordered the same steak and it was cooked perfectly. They remade my steak and brought it back 20 minutes after every one was finished and ready to leave. It was cooked well done again. The waiter was not surprised and seemed like he expected the same result. I ate a portion of it and it was horrendous. Was still charged. They also forgot to put in the order for my grandsons food so we had to wait for his food as well. Terrible experience and crap food.
Food was alright and service was great. But at one point the manager came out and was very rude to the kind hostess that seated my table. Causing her to get emotional and she was then asked to leave. Horrible look on the managers side she was doing an amazing job I’m confused on why as a manager you would treat an employee that way especially in front of people and not in the back privately.

I was really happy with the beginning of my visit — food came out quickly (mozzarella sticks, wings, fries, drinks), and the service was great. I even got a drink refill before I was done, which impressed me. It felt like Applebee’s had really improved.
But everything changed when I ordered dessert. My boyfriend and I got the Triple Chocolate Meltdown to share. We had eaten about half when I went for another bite and found a long black hair in it. It was disgusting — I felt sick and honestly wanted to cry.
Our server was doing a good job and seemed new, so I asked to speak to the manager. She came over, and I calmly explained what happened. She apologized and said she’d take the dessert off the bill — but as she was walking away, she said, “I don’t care that you ate it,” which felt incredibly rude and dismissive. I wasn’t trying to get anything free — I just wanted to let them know there was a hair in my food.
To make it worse, this is the second time I’ve found hair in my food at this location. Between that and the manager’s attitude, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’m only writing this to warn others — because apparently this isn’t a one-time thing.
