The food is only good if you go through drive through if you order online the start and stop you order for everyone else even if they already took thinks off the warning wrack

Soda was wet with an overflowing pool on the lid which was only partially on, a soaking wet straw and when I asked for napkins ( to clean her mess with) she gave attitude and refused to hand me any only giving me the bag and saying I put some in there, surprise no she didn't.

Really great communication from the manager on staff and her peers. Manager was engaged and kept tabs on multiple parts of the operation to make sure a busy rush backlog was cleared effectively without the store being chaotic

I work nights and it is great that this fast food restaurant is open so late. I am not a huge fan of fast food but, I can eat the sandwich and Ice tea. The main reason I go there is for Kathrine. She is great, friendly and interactive. The best part is my protection dog absolutely LOVES her. I have never seen him respond to someone like he does with Kathrine. She is a keeper Arby's I hope you tell her and show the appreciation she deserves.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and the girl who took my order was absolutely rude. And went to eat my sandwich and it’s ABSOLUTELY disgusting the chicken had literally been out for at least four hours or more won’t be seeing me back ever again. It’s crazy to me that people don’t follow mandatory protocols and do there job correctly.

I went through the drive through I have never been able to get a word out. This is the worst that i have been treated in a drive though. All I have to say is if you let some one talk then you don't have to ask all the 50 questions. A customer will let you know what they want. Just give them a chance to talk. I was going to upgrade my drink and get a desert but after I was treat like that . Hell no!!! I tried to scan the receipt and it does not work. So the management at the Speedway and Pantano location in Tucson AZ need to wake up.

Just did a pick up order and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed.
- Order was 20 minutes behind schedule of pick up wrong fries were given for two of meals - Our large drink and medium drink were mixed up - The most irritating mess up is that the kids meal had Jalapeño poppers, not chicken tenders so they weren’t eaten at all, wasting 1/3 of the meal
They did not deliver on expectation tonight and I’m bummed.

Rarely do I have a pleasant experience at this store. Who serves a pulled pork sandwich completely dry, when the ticket on the sandwich specifically states a BBQ packet is served with it! As Gordon Ramsey would say. . what a shame.
