We went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 mac and cheeses and one drink. We just got the 2 sandwiches. The kid that took our order had no clue what he was doing. He even asked if we wanted 2 or 4 sandwiches. We said 4 sandwiches and when he told us the total it was for only 2 sandwiches. It's a disgrace and very bad service. If I could give no stars I would if there was an option for that.

Soda was wet with an overflowing pool on the lid which was only partially on, a soaking wet straw and when I asked for napkins ( to clean her mess with) she gave attitude and refused to hand me any only giving me the bag and saying I put some in there, surprise no she didn't.

Really great communication from the manager on staff and her peers. Manager was engaged and kept tabs on multiple parts of the operation to make sure a busy rush backlog was cleared effectively without the store being chaotic
