Food was good as usual. The manager had an extremely loud voice even when taking our orders. It was like she was yelling to communicate with someone in the noisy kitchen. She needs to learn to lower her voice when addressing customers. We sat as far away from the counter as possible, and we could hear everything she said to other customers.

The Arby's in kalispell was the worst ever ordered a turkey bacon cold sandwich n they forgot the turkey, and the cheese looked days old and everyone there smelled like an old ashtray

Just now placed a rather large 6:20 pm (2/14/24)order for 3 adults and 1 child in the drive-thru. The order was 80+ dollars.I paid with a 100 dollar bill at the window and as the employee at the window was giving change she said "Oh, people must be getting their taxes back!" Which I found very rude and disrespectful. I am a single mom and I do have a job and I work like everyone else and paid for that food with MY money from MY paycheck that I worked for to receive.She also left the window open and berrated and yelled at the other employees for filling the bags too heavily. While I understand that she has carpal tunnel-she shouldn't be yelling at the other employees in front of other customers (or at all).
I understand that it’s FAST food, but it doesn’t need to be almost cold food. Service was prompt and friendly and the food did taste good, but it is discouraging to pay a decent amount for a meal and have it be barely even warm.

Food can be good but customer service is bad came in two times after getting my food for my mozzarella sticks and second third time I came in the manager was rude the food is the only reason I’m giving this two stars, manager shouldn’t be working the job if they can be polite to customers who nice until they’re rude. Poor customer service
