The owner was rude. He did not wash his hands after picking up trash off the floor before scooping ice cream onto a cone. The restaurant itself was disgusting. Unclean all around. Bathrooms were filthy. Will never go back there again.

Top notch ice cream. The flavors are seemingly endless. Chocolate Mousse Royale is one of our favorites, but the beach day flavor was a hit on this visit.
Exceptionally kind staff and excellent store presentation. They were able to handle our large group of 25+. This was an outstanding visit.

My daughter and I went for a sweet treat, the girls behind the counter were very polite and quick to take our order. We sat outside on the bench. As we left I realized I left my wallet with cash, cards, and everything else inside of it. A very kind man returned it to the owners as I drove away. They quickly found me on Facebook to let me know they had my wallet safe in their office untouched. WOW!! ? what a relief and reminder of how spectacular humans can be! Thank you to the staff and owners at our local shop in Kalispell, MT. Bless your hearts!!!

$15 for 2 medium shakes is outrageous as well. Kids behind the counter were pushy and had a major attitude.

Clean store, super friendly service, even right before close. Ice cream was awesome. Got a scoop of each Nutty Salted Caramel and Mom's Making Cookies on a waffle cone, and loved the combination. The new owners are doing a great job!

Couple days ago I stopped in and got two tiny cups of dog ice cream, $4.50 each, and two pints of regular ice cream. Bill was $32. I try to support local businesses as often as possible but premium Ben & Jerry's is $5 a pint.

I just picked up an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins in Kalispell. Boy is pretty chintzy looking. They did a piss poor job on it and screwed up the writing as well. The place looked dirty, and the customer service was not good. It’s a shame because I always remembered years ago that Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream and the best people working there. No more.
