ordered online at 1:30p to be done by 5:10p, walked in at 5:09 to find they havent even started my order. Finally leaving 30 minutes later.. why offer orders to be done at a specific time if you're not capable of completing them by the time they're ordered for. Won't be ordering for pick up again.
Spent about an hour waiting on our food while watching at least 20 online or to go orders leave the kitchen. So we left. Sad when you take care of people not in the building over people physically in the business.
This is the worst Buffalo wild wings I've ever been to. Extremely long wait time changed orders ready time multiple different times throughout the wait. they said they would refund some of the money but then ended up charging us more and I never received a refund. This place has terrible service especially at the bar while I waited for nearly an hour over the time they said it would be ready. Food was cold not worth the time or struggle or effort.
