I hardly ever come to Buffalo Wild Wings but this time was horrible, the service was so slow, we were a group of 5, the waitress seemed so out of it, and kept forgetting and then we would tell her and then she wouldn’t say anything and run off and then like 10 minutes later she would come back with whatever. we saw her helping other tables but we got our food and our drinks and were upset.
In our group of 5, 3 of our drinks were watered down and tasted like they forgot the syrup for our sprites and it tasted horrible, and the waitress took like 15 minutes and we saw her doing other tables and then finally got us our drinks, by then we had all almost finished are food and were upset.
Not sure if it was an off day but this was the worse sit down experience, and I wouldn’t come back.
The wings were good, and the rest of the food was pretty mediocre and the fries were cold. The wait time was not worth it.

First time ordering from this location, only asked for a Buffalo, ranch chicken wrap w/o tomatoes. Got the tomatoes and no ranch. Didn’t think it was that hard. Chicken was two sad pieces and all tortilla for $16. Won’t be back.

Went on a sunday, it was so slow in there but we were in there for 2 hours. the workers were mostly just sitting around and the bartender was on her phone but somehow the wings still took 45 minutes and were cold n hard. we had to ask for extra sauce because there was practically none on there. i’m a positive review writer but this was a terrible experience lol would not recommend.

The last couple times we’ve come here (sat at the bar and at a table) the service was extremely slow, took over 45min to get food, we actually left one day sitting at the bar because the bartender took so long to even ask for a drink order and didn’t get a food order going. Today, we wanted to make sure management knows that Shayla, the bartender, was 10/10 for service and since we ordered food and drink at the same time, food came out 15-20min. Thanks Shayla! The previous times I would have given much lower stars but like to acknowledge when the good is good!

My husband and I ordered food and picked it up. When we got home and went to eat we realized they gave us the wrong burger, didnt put queso (that my husband specifically paid for) on his potato wedges, forgot my fries and gave me traditional wings instead of boneless. Very disappointed (we didnt think to check every single item we ordered-nor should we have to- because we hadn't had problems with it the last couple of times). Also it took almost 20 minutes longer to get our order than it said it would be ready by... just to have half of it be wrong after spending almost $60. Won't be going back for a while, if ever.

It's BWW. The food is good, atmosphere was chill and what I'd expect for lunch. My buddy and I stopped by in between appointments to eat and kill some time, our waitress, Nycia (I believe based on the receipt), was attentive and prompt with checking in and making sure we were doing good. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Would have given half a star but its not an option. Catering for our company lunch. We got the works. About every kind of chicken and sides, All the chicken and tater tots were cold, I mean cold like out of a fridge cold. Absolutely disgusting. We won't order here ever again..Get better staff.

Food was cold after waiting for an hour for one order of food, they double charged us for one order of wings. And our waiter told us the manager would “triple charge us if we didn’t pay” mind you they already double charged us. Don’t recommend this place unless you wanna get ripped off.

We stopped in at 1130am, it took 11 minutes for someone to seat us. Got sat, nobody ever came to our table. So after 25 additional minutes we ended up leaving.

I usually don’t mind a couple tiny feathers- i get it. the wings come from a chicken. This time, there was one full sized feather that had obviously been fried down. After picking off 8 little ones, this was my final straw. Bill still came out to $55. We tipped because it wasn’t the servers fault, she was very apologetic. This is going on my list of places not to eat 👍

This place is horrible in every way. We waited 10 minutes for anyone to greet us at the front then it took 10 minutes just for them to bring our drinks. They also lie, they are suppose to be having a special right now for 19.99 until January and the waitress told me they put the special menus away because they were “losing money” ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ultimate Nachos \ ultimate disappointment. Ordered to go and there was no cheese, no salsa, a few specks of tiny chopped onion and a slight drizzle of white sauce on the top center few chips. Complete garbage!
