Service was okay. Very slow not inattentive, (ask if you need anything etc.) Wings were not crunchy
( didn’t taste fresh) and, fries seemed like they were a day old. Definitely not our normal Buffalo Wild Wings Experience.

This restraunt hit the all time low in customer service and quality of food.
Took over 25 minutes for the server to even come to the table. This was after we asked if we need to place our order at the bar.
It took another 35 minutes for our drinks to be delivered, 2 of which were water.
Had to go too the bar and order refills, in which I passed the server on the way back to the table, with no response from her.
40 minutes later our food arrived-cold.
Requested the manager, let me take 10% off your meal. My response - no. How about you do your job and supervise your staff. I believe they are a due reflection of your management skills.
To the general manager maybe you should either start doing your job or start hiring qualified staff. Or here is a novel concept train your staff to do there's.
Will not return and will most definitely spread this experience with family and friends.
Bottom line if you don't like food service find a new field, this customer won't being spending there money with you again.

We love to watch Buckeye games when we’re on the road traveling and when we called ahead to see if they would have the game on, Jacob said he would make sure it was. When we arrived, we were impressed with the atmosphere. Very “Montana” decor. Our waitress was friendly and on the ball. They food was great! Thanks for making these Ohioans very happy!

Slow night. Food was cold server was nice but not on his game for service. Probably why food was cold. It's been 5 years sense I've been to a BWs now I know why

ordered online at 1:30p to be done by 5:10p, walked in at 5:09 to find they havent even started my order. Finally leaving 30 minutes later.. why offer orders to be done at a specific time if you're not capable of completing them by the time they're ordered for. Won't be ordering for pick up again.

Is the manager here a fly??? Just waited an ungodly amount of time for dry wings that were immediately attacked by flys while inside. Also a lot of spiders? Seriously though dont come here unless your comfortable with waiting a long time for buggy dry wings!

Ordered take out and was super disappointed. We both ordered the beer cheese cheese steak and there was very little cheese, the sandwiches were dry and crusty as if they had been sitting under a heat light for hours. One was supposed yo have onions and the other wasn't but both didn't. There is way mor bread than meat and as I said if there is cheese I could tell. The onion rings were standard but missing the sauce. Tater tots were again standard. Not worth the money.

Absolutely the worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been too went with 7 people waited over 45 mins for our food everything was cold and it wasnt busy would never recommend this location

Stopped in last week to enjoy some bottomless apps on the last day of the promotion. Was seated in the “open” seating area and was greeted promptly. Drink orders were taken and that’s where it started to go downhill. 10 minutes to get our drinks. Placed our food order and prayed for the best. After about 10 minutes we placed our empty glasses on the end of the table and proceeded to watch our waitress walk by several times. We started counting at that point. On the ninth walk by, she asked if we wanted more apps. We placed our order and she walked off before we could even mention the drinks. 15 minutes later our COLD food came out. No apps. Before she could bolt, we mentioned drinks and told her that she has walked by 12 times already and we would like a refill. She gets attitude and tells us we don’t have to be rude. No one raised a voice. No one got rude. A lack of basic service was pointed out and she took offense. That’s a server problem. She rolls her eyes and goes to get refills. Returns claiming they don’t have any more ice. Sigh… No ice is fine. 10 minutes later the beer arrives. We know it was 10 minutes because we saw it sitting at the bar after being tapped and timed it. Long story short, this is far from the first time we have had a poor experience here. It will be our last though. BWW has lost our business and we have shared our experiences with everyone.

Had to wait 25 minutes to get seated in a practically empty restuarant. When seated, it literally took another 25 before a server even stopped by our table. Meanwhile it takes 2 hostesses to figure out seating in an empty restuarant, when one of them literally stood there doing nothing. Our server Erin was fantastic. You could tell she was making the best of a bad situation and she was a talented server. But we waited 45 minutes for a bunch of chicken wings that came out cold. The restaurant as a whole is clearly mismanaged.
