We stopped in at 1130am, it took 11 minutes for someone to seat us. Got sat, nobody ever came to our table. So after 25 additional minutes we ended up leaving.

I usually don’t mind a couple tiny feathers- i get it. the wings come from a chicken. This time, there was one full sized feather that had obviously been fried down. After picking off 8 little ones, this was my final straw. Bill still came out to $55. We tipped because it wasn’t the servers fault, she was very apologetic. This is going on my list of places not to eat 👍

This place is horrible in every way. We waited 10 minutes for anyone to greet us at the front then it took 10 minutes just for them to bring our drinks. They also lie, they are suppose to be having a special right now for 19.99 until January and the waitress told me they put the special menus away because they were “losing money” ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ultimate Nachos \ ultimate disappointment. Ordered to go and there was no cheese, no salsa, a few specks of tiny chopped onion and a slight drizzle of white sauce on the top center few chips. Complete garbage!

I’ve been to BWW in about 25-30 states and I always order my wings the same way. Extra crispy with extra buffalo run. This place right here is the 1st one to actually return with that on my plate. Usually I get wings that have one side lightly covered and nothing in the other side which is usually soggy as well.
Side note. If you’ve never had their burgers give them a try. They’re 🔥🔥🔥 - A true hidden gem.

Johnathan Hart our waiter was awesome, always checking in on us and telling some jokes. The food was ok but needed to be a little faster out and the temperature of the food could have been a lot hotter. The place was clean, friendly and the price was not bad.
