Bought chicken fingers and 2 shakes. The chicken fingers were so hard that we couldn’t even bite into them, and the shakes tasted like there was too much syrup and them. we had to dump out both shakes and throw away the chicken fingers.
Just nasty. The food here sucks!! Would not recommend eating here unless you like to vomit!!

The service and the atmosphere was not good the cashier seemed overwhelmed and rude. The food was cold and tasted gross. It took forever to get our food and the food was put I our bag upside down! The cashier also was complaining that she had been there since 530.

We had terrible service, the woman taking orders was stressed out and overwhelmed. She was very rude. The food was COLD and thrown in our bag upside down. The wait time was 20 plus minutes and there were only two patrons in the store. The server complained that she had been there since 5:30 am… we were there 6:30 on 3/22/24.

Everything was great until I looked in through the drive through window and noticed a gentleman with slick back hair, plaid button-up shirt wearing a bracelet and another person preparing my food without gloves. I'm not sure if either of them even had a uniform on.Another red flag was that it took me 20 minutes to get home. I expected my food to be maybe slightly cold but when I pulled out the sandwiches none of the cheese had melted at all and they were nearly ice cold. If the burgers were anywhere near fresh when they were made the cheese would have at least melted even a little. The cheese could have fallen off the patties they were so cold.The only good part about my visit was the gentleman that took my order was kind and very friendly and that all of my sandwiches had bacon even though I only ordered 2 with bacon but that was quickly ruined because the bacon was also nearly ice cold. My goodness people step your quality game up.My partner and I just threw all the food away and went to Arby's which to my surprise had much higher quality food that was actually fresh.

Surprised this fast food joint is even still open. Just speaks to the lack of choices for quick meals in the evergreen area. Rarely have the full menu available due to a shortage of ingredients. Good luck getting a milkshake from there anytime after 7pm. There's one gentleman who works there in the evening with a Southern accent ...
