This was not exactly the same level of experience that we commonly received from this chain. It could have been an odd occurrence but it was not easy to get service and were ignored by one worker. There was also a barking dog ( with no signs of it being a service animal) in the booth adjacent to us.

It always feels like home when I step inside the door. My servers are attentive and listen to my every word during ordering and intuitively exceed my expectations every time! I've witnessed management at the Kalispell store training their crew. They engage with the crew by instructing them with a positive spirit and thinking outside the box; really instinctive, successful training methods relating to the guests well being. Thank you Chick-fil-A Corporate for focusing on training strong young leaders.

I expected a lot more than what we got. The chicken was good, but it was definitely fast food. Cheese wasn’t melted. Buns were dry overall not a great experience, but not recommend it.

This is by far the best chicken place in Flathead Valley. The chicken breasts are big, meaty, fresh and delicious. The breading is outstanding, crisp and always cooked in fresh oil. The staff is enthusiastic, polite and efficient. They could expand their space and never run out of customers. My favorite chicken place!
Very tasty amd juicy chicken variety. Waffle fries are very tasty as well!!!

Unfortunately the salads here just aren't what Im used to getting with CFA in the past, probably a company wide thing as all fast food just keeps getting worse since covid. I've tried several times and the lettuce is so disappointing. Like all the crappy stem parts of romaine and its always slightly wilting on the sides of the container like it's made the day before or early I dunno :( and the grilled nuggets I asked for was just a chunk of chicken with the cartilage-y ends. Service is always really great though!

I ordered dinner for my grandsons. When I got home we had only half the food. I jumped in the car and drove back to the restaurant. I went through the drive thru and explained what had happened and the first thing he said was "well, did you pay for it?". Not I'm sorry or that's terrible. I said "of course I paid for it, it was an on line order." His reply was "my bad." When I got to the window a young gentleman asked me when I had been there. I told him about 20 minutes ago or so. He looked up my order, gave me what was missing and told me there was a gift card in the bag to make up for the inconvenience. I got home and everyone's dinner was cold and the gift card was for a medium fry. That really did not make up for the inconvenience, the time and expense driving back and forth, nor the cold dinner.
Food was good and the people were so nice.
