Overall the food is pretty good not much you can get from a fast food restaurant although the service was really disappointing. My food took 20 minutes to make because they made a mistake and gave my food to another person. The atmosphere is also really loud and the whole place smells quite bad, not a fan.

This was not exactly the same level of experience that we commonly received from this chain. It could have been an odd occurrence but it was not easy to get service and were ignored by one worker. There was also a barking dog ( with no signs of it being a service animal) in the booth adjacent to us.

What is not to love about this place? You can tell that their culture is amazing with how each and every team member cares about your order and your experience. The food is amazing as well and it feels like good value compared to many other options.
