they’re always super skimpy with all of the food and it seems to always be cooked wrong. I eat a chipotle’s all over the place and this is definitely worse than every other chipotle I have found

I've been to a lot of Chipotles over the years, but for whatever reason, this location is a bit of an outlier. The food is inconsistent, and it's often super, super salty. When it's good, the food is filling and cheap, but I don't go here much anymore because half the time I end up paying $10 to chew on a salt lick.

This location is an absolute joke, the food is overly salty one day and bland as can be the next, flavor profiles are always across the board from overly seasoned to not at all seasoned. I’ve even been served RAW undercooked chicken before! That is unless you go in on one of the random days the higher ups (team leader or regional manager) show up for a visit and sit in the lobby for a few hours, then the foods at least fresh, but still overly salted in this case because that’s what these “higher ups” prefer. Extra salt in everything to make it taste better…just tastes like salt to myself and many others. The management from top to bottom is a nightmare as well, no accountability for failures in management whatsoever. So if you are looking for a job you can screw up at over and over the same way repeatedly without any consequences then definitely go work at chipotle Kalispell as a Kitchen Manager, service leader, AP, or GM 👍🏻
They also don’t support our US Armed forces, no military discounts… so sad.

Such a great experience. I ordered a catered lunch for 65 people 24 hours in advance and they nailed it. I am so impressed. I arrived on time and everything was ready for me, they helped me load my car and were super friendly. I am definitely going to use them again for a catered event. My clients loved the food. So simple. It was a breeze. I so happy!
