The staff was so nice. Although they were understaffed they provided great service and the food was excellent. There was an unhappy man in the store (not sure what about) but they handled it with understanding and sympathy.
12:15pm on a Wednesday, people sitting inside eating, people at the counter ordering, drive thru has cars....all doors locked. Finally a customer let someone in, but the people behind the counter just laughed embarrassingly and said, "we're trying to close"...like, why?!?!

I can't not say something when you put a huge chunk of lettuce in my side container of guacamole so that you can save on costs. Look I paid for this I should be getting a full side serving of guacamole. Mobile orders only (lobby is always closed) so I guess it's easier to get away with when you don't have to face any customers.

Scheduled a delivery for 100pm, delivered good at 1200. I work in Whitefish, so now this will be cold. Please deliver closer to the desired time. First time eating Chipotle and I'm not impressed with your stores desire to deliver whenever you want.

Had some poor experiences here in the past probably due to staffing issues BUT went through the drive up today and the two guys working it knocked it out of the park! They were friendly, happy, and even had a small conversation. Keep up the good work, gents!
