Quite possibly the nicest staff in all of Kalispell. These girls are welcoming, kind and make you feel special for walking in the door. Ice cream is a treat, but tonight, these girls made us feel so special as we were celebrating a birthday. Thank you for always going above and beyond!

Went to Coldstone in Kalispell October 26 at 4:15 PM (or so) the crew that was working was amazing. So kind, professional, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. These ladies are so awesome, and we appreciate them!

Did an online order for 2 of the cookie don’t you want some. I got 1 of them and the other was some random other one. Not happy at all with getting the wrong order. The one that was wrong wasn’t even a good flavor at all.

Out of root beer floats. Out of peanut butter ice cream After ordering a chocolate milkshake with peanut butter when received it was like straight chocolate milk. When we approached the 3 girls behind the counter they basically made it like it was our fault the 1 girl was like if you would of told us it’s our fault we should of told them we wanted it thick not milky. Damn I thought it was suppose to be a milkshake not chocolate milk very disappointed !!!!

Full time traveler here @whatrvdoing - we love ice cream and our relationship began on date nights to cold stone in Daytona Beach, Fl. This shop has a great team! We truly enjoyed watching them toss ice cream across the counter. Dessert with a show!

Husband and I enjoyed some dessert after lunch over at Koh Chang that recently opened next door. *Great place to do dinner and then Ice Cream* Can't remember what the hubby had, but I had the Coffee Lovers ice cream! Yes, it was absolutely delicious, especially in a chocolate, dipped/sprinkled cone! Very clean place and the 4 young ladies working today, were awesome!!! Great staff!

You have super tasty ice cream and toppings. You guys are very great at throwing ice cream.

The hours are wrong. This location closes at 830pm. ?

I got the peanut butter and chocolate quart of of freezer. It was chalky and no peanut butter. The others I was for a friends birthday they said it wasn't mix together at all

I went into your store last Saturday, August 3rd , five minutes before closing. The girls still made us feel welcome and were very pleasant even though they were trying to clean up and close. They even let us into the restroom that had already been cleaned for the night. Awesome service with a smile. So many places have horrible service with rude employees but these girls were way above exceptional. Thank you
