It is very rare I give a 5/5 rating to an establishment, but CoPilot takes the cake when it comes to the Coffee World. All of the girls make a killer drink and they offer a huge- if not the largest and best variety of product. Hats off to the girls of CoPilot, the chemistry and vibe they radiate while slaying the bar is truly one of a kind.

I ordered a hot coffee and received a cold one, I didn’t say anything just needed to get on my way however, when I went to take a drink of the iced coffee, the barista put the wrong straws in the cup, and the cup lid was overflowing, and I wore quite a bit of the drink on my face and shirt. I took the time to turn around and bring the drink back to see if I could get paper towels only to get a bunch of attitude from the barista that messed up the order. Kind of a bummer because this coffee place seemed nice and it was close to work.

The last few times I’ve been there the wait is insane. This morning I was the first car in line and waited 10 minutes while they got 3 cars through the other side in the time I sat there for 1, 16oz latte. Got my coffee and it was barely warm. Last time I’m ever going there.

CMC is closer to my office but I was in a rush today and there was already 3 cars in line so remembering Co-pilot was close decided to run over there. Going back to CMC even if there's a wait after today's experience at Co-pilot. Ordered a 16oz Touch-n-go and according to the board it was $4.25 instead was handed a 12oz which is supposed to be $3.75 but not wanting to make a fuss took it and handed her a $5... She reached out to hand my change back and after pulling forward to allow the next car to order realized she had given me $.50 change. Received the wrong size and was charged for a 20oz at $4.50. Assume either their board has the wrong/old prices on it and needs to be updated... More training is needed on what the cup sizes are and how to make change... Or maybe she's feeling like the tips aren't big enough so she helps herself to that $.75 extra knowing people aren't going to go back through the line to argue over it. Nope I didn't go back through the line but I also won't go back for any more coffee either. ?
